Riad 72 is a very special gem. The rooms are spectacular, the breakfast is very indulgent and the roof terrass a private oasis with amazing views. But above all the staff friendliness and service is out of this world! And the Hammam is heavenly. I stayed with my daughter in February this year and I’m going back with my husband in early November. I cannot wait to come back!!!

Marrakech was the first stop on our sister trip. We arrived early at Riad 72. Our driver called the Riad in advance and we were met by a man and his cart. It was the perfect beginning to our weeklong trip to Morocco. Riad 72 welcomed us with breakfast. It was a real treat after being on an airplane overnight. There was more food than we could possibly eat. The eggs, cheese bread, mint tea, coffee, fresh orange juice and raspberry jam were all standouts. The service was impeccable. Our room was very comfortable on the 2nd floor with a balcony right outside the door that overlooked the courtyard, lush with plants including a banana tree with bananas. We stayed here again for our last night in Morocco, a different room, more modern, with a surprise staircase to a rooftop with a view of the minaret in the background.

What a fabulous hotel, tucked away from the craziness but close enough to walk into it. The staff were amazing, the hotel is stunning and the breakfast was delicious. Special shout out to Fathima and Mohamud plus the guy who helped us to our car. REALLY highly recommended and would 100% return.

Excellent Stay. We felt very , very welcome. The location was nice.Everybody was fantastic and with the utmost sympathy and efficiency. Breakfast was Nice, the service was impeccable. Really great. Stay there, you won't regret it for a minute.

I loved this riad. It's beautiful. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, the dinner is delicious. The rooftop is amazing. It's also in a really nice area near the medina and madrasaben youssef/coffee shop. If I have another opportunity to go to Marrakech I'd 100% stay here again. :)

The attention to detail and focus on the guest experience is perfection at 72 Riad. From the moment of our arrival to our departure, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, happy, and taken care of. We opted for an airport pick up and were glad that we did as we would have struggled to find the magical door that opens to the peaceful tranquility of 72 Riad. The welcome made us feel instantly at ease including Stefania’s warm welcome and introduction using the personalized map. Our suite was the room of my dreams with a private rooftop terrace and jacuzzi. Every detail to make all guests stay an exceptional experience has been considered and is executed by the team with care, consideration, and thoughtfulness. My husband especially loved the breakfasts and that he could choose our breakfast location within the riad. Do not miss breakfast. I loved the beauty of every space and how all the senses were engaged from lovely smells to beautiful sounds. An oasis in Marrakech.

Very nice riad for my first visit to Marrakech. Everything well appointed and excellent friendly staff. We had 2 rooms for 3 or 4 nights and made good use of the rooftop sundeck and the Spa. Restaurant was excellent, great food and service. A owner who is really re-investing in the property.

Beautiful place with amazing staff. We felt like the only couple there (apparently it was full!) and nothing was too much trouble. The decor, the layout, the food, all wonderful. The room was quiet and comfortable . A true oasis. The rooftop was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice.
