Would not recommend. Have to suffer to first night as it’s too late to change hotel. The outside looks ok and well keep. But inside the room is disaster. 1. Noise : my room is on the ground floor, right beside the reception. Constant hearing people coming in and out. Chatting and kids playing right outside 2. Shower: no hot water until we complain and the temperature is uncontrollable. Pressure is weak and I did not shower until change of hotel 3. Cleanliness: please refer picture. It is self explanatory. 4. Breakfast: nothing special but precooked bread and all cold. Better off eating out It’s rare I give bad feedback and you can understand how bad the condition is. When we arrived, they made us wait for 20 mins just to serve us a cup of tea. Not much catering to English communication. If check in is not ready, they can just tell us leave our bag rather than keeping us there without communication. After complaining about the issue, they were insist of no flexibility of cancelling or changing the checkout date. It’s the platform that helped with the issue.

Very basic accommodation, rooms are tiny and bathroom with shower not very inviting. Bed was rock hard and towels provided were old. It's situated up a side alley not accessible by car so very difficult to find. Staff were friendly and helpful but I'm glad we only stayed 1 night. If you like your comforts this is not the place to book.

We had an unforgettable experience thanks to thé tier and the amazing manager! When the cook fell ill, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. He took us to a fantastic restaurant outside(terrasse des épices), generously covering the entire bill despite our half-board arrangement. This gesture alone showed his commitment to our well-being. But it didn't stop there. He brought us a thermometer and some medicine for free, which was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. To top it all off, he invited us to visit the mountains where his charming family lives. This visit was a highlight of our trip, as we got to see both modern and traditional lifestyles up close. It was a unique and enriching experience that we will always cherish. We truly appreciated all the efforts he made to make our stay special. Although the food in the riad wasn't quite up to our expectations, the exceptional service and care provided by Yaya more than made up for it. We would like to thank him again for his kindness and dedication. This experience has left us with wonderful memories, and we highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a memorable and personalized experience.

Booked through Secret Escapes so communication not great before going. Read the other reviews - most say how welcoming and helpful the staff there and I agree with that. If you want spacious and luxury then go to a hotel. Here you’ll have a more authentic experience. An easy walk to the main square and thousands of stalls to see. The riad was tranquil once inside although the alley outside was a playground for local children - not to mention the day and night calls to prayer but hey! You want authentic? It’s clean, safe and friendly but put your haggling head on when you’re offered tours. Eunice is pretty good 😁

The location isn’t great as you can’t get a taxi right outside. The rooms don’t have blackout curtains so it’s hard to get a good night sleep. Treatment by staff was very dependent on who you were talking to I found that French and white guests were treated a lot more welcoming than myself. I would say arrange your own taxis and transportation from the Riad as they charge 20€ EACH WAY regardless of where you’re going. The food service is okay but dinner is limited and you have the same options every night I wouldn’t recommend. Plus it wasn’t explained to me that the drinks weren’t included in my half board price. To be honest I didn’t receive the welcome I was expecting where I would be told how breakfast would work and best way to get help from reception or staff so I has to ask a lot of questions which they seemed annoyed about By the end I was very disappointed in my stay when at the very last minute I was presented with a bill for £200 just as I needed to leave to go the airport. Charges included dinner (I was half board) 3 additional trips to the airport (I did not take) and city tax (which was included in the booking.con price). Overall was upset about my stay and treatment and when addressing with the manager he laughed in my face. As a black female solo traveller this behaviour was disgusting and intimidating Once I was on my way to airport the manager tried to report me as a “no-show” and demand money I have already paid. ( I opted for a flexible pay later option when booking in which I was told money would be taken 21 days before arrival but money was taken 2 months early)which just seems very u professional and not something I’ve experienced previously. Overall a very bad experience and nearly ruined my birthday holiday

Friendly staff but room was very small, no room key and bathroom had cracked floor and peeling plaster . Despite much hype the meal in the evening was pedestrian and the tangine was burnt . It was a cold night but no heaters. Only booked for one night but if we had been booked for more we would have moved elsewhere.
