We stayed at this stunning hotel for two amazing nights. We were in the Villa with our own pool which was a perfect chill out. We only left the room to be fed. The food is absolutely delicous....do try the 30 hour cooked lamb! Khalil is an asset to the hotel. His welcoming, warm smile I will miss. If you need to have a little reset then this is the hotel for you!

We had the great joy of celebrating a special anniversary at Palais Ronsard from January 16–18, 2025 — and we can truly say we have never encountered a more beautiful or fairytale-like place! The hotel is pure magic — elegant, serene, and absolutely unforgettable. A very special thank you to Chaima Oumama, whose attention to detail and genuine care for every single guest need made us feel truly seen and valued. Even when a misunderstanding occurred on our part, the hotel staff handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and a client-first attitude that left a deep impression on us. Thank you, dear Palais Ronsard team, for your warm, friendly welcome and for creating memories that will stay with us forever. You made our celebration truly extraordinary!

A super hotel with very attentive personnel, whether it be by the pool, the restaurant, the reception or the Spa. I had a full facial treatment that lasted an hour with Souad and came out feeling fantastic. She was very professional. A very relaxing few days in between work missions. Well worth a visit whilst you are in Marrakech.

This is the most beautiful small hotel. The Chateaux is incredible and the rooms are huge, luxurious and furnished in typical Moroccan style. The atmosphere almost feels like it takes you into the 1930's. The way the wait staff are dressed the relaxed and the beautiful gardens and there is a lovely pool area. In all honesty I was not a huge fan of Marrakech which was busy, dusty and too full on for us, but loved this hotel. It was a different world. The hotel also took care of a couple of issues that arose (not of the hotels doing), and the staff were extremely good in helping us out. I would thoroughly recommend.

This wonderful place is a true oasis. It’s posh but not pompous. The whole experience from arrival to leaving was 5 star ⭐ & yet so personal. The building itself is beautifully designed & decorated with incredible attention to detail & comfort. The grounds are incredible, so tranquil, with lots of little areas to sit in the shade & enjoy the peace. The gardens have a lovely pond, teaming with wild life & a huge variety of plants & flowers The staff make you feel so welcome & valued & nothing is too much trouble. The food is 1st class & you breakfast like a queen every morning & the evening buffet is a huge variety of local dishes cooked to order, along side fresh salads & local produce to cater for everyone. I can’t recommend this wonderful place enough. It’s definitely worthy of the name “Palais.

The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful. Unfortunately, the service and management fall far below the standards expected from a property affiliated with Relais & Châteaux. We had planned to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and ordered a birthday cake in advance. We have received written confirmation from the hotel regarding the cake delivery. Upon arrival, we ordered a bottle of champagne to enjoy in our room together with the cake. The cake, however, never arrived. After mentioning it twice at the front desk, a small pastry shop cake was finally delivered—at midnight. It was a meaningful occasion, and the lack of attention was deeply disappointing. The next day, at the pool, we ordered two beers. Instead of placing them in the ice bucket on our table, the waiter left them out in the sun, and they were already warm by the time we touched them. A small detail? Perhaps. But it was indicative of the careless, lazy service that persisted throughout our stay. The worst part: For lunch we have order Gnocchi and Linguine alle Vongole. Not only the service has forgotten about my Gnocchi in the first place, my girlfriend became violently ill after the Linguine within two hours. Her condition was so severe that a medical professional had to be called to our room. Management showed zero concern—no follow-up, no inquiry, no empathy. It was disturbing. When we checked out, the Linguine alle Vongole was still on our bill. It took a lengthy discussion at the front desk before someone finally contacted the management—who refused to speak with us directly. Only after further back and forth was the meal removed. The cost of medical assistance, however, remained entirely ours to bear. To make matters worse, they offered implausible excuses for the illness, including the suggestion that she may have swallowed pool water. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a hotel under the Relais & Châteaux banner. I fully agree with other reviewers who have pointed out the poor quality of the management. Their complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and guest care does not reflect the standards one expects at this level of hospitality. We will not return, and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even the basics of care, service, or responsibility.

We stayed at Palais Ronsard for a weekend getaway, valentines & my husband birthday. They greet you with “welcome to Paradise” but trust me it’s faaaar from being a Paradise. We booked a Petit Pavillon at $1,000 per night, which we got assigned “La Paresseuse”. Similar to a small gated private villa. Oumaima the receptionist/host that escorted us there upon arrival was super nice & helpful but then the disappointment started: 1. We were taking a bath which has a clear through window with a transparent curtain, and hotel staff were literally walking by, completely see through. Keep in mind that we booked a private pavilion which is gated so no one is supposed to walk in front of our bathroom.. 2. The terrace maintenance was awful, as you can see in the pictures the floor was NOT clean and not from a day but it’s looking like old dirt.. no grass as you can see in the picture, looking like an abandoned garden. I looked into other pavilions and it was not looking like this.. no excuse about the rain as it started raining only saturday night.. 3. Housekeeping: Saturday afternoon after we left the room I advised the front desk to send the housekeeping team however 1 hour after the room was still not cleaned, I had to call back again. They cleaned it but unfortunately badly.. you can see in the pictures that the table has not been wiped off. The floor is full of crumbs from the in room breakfast we took. 4. The food overall was good but not accommodating. When I made the initial reservation I advised them on 2 things: - My food restrictions as I am pregnant which is pretty easy just no raw food & pasteurized milk/cheese. We wanted to order lunch in the villa, unfortunately the staff had zero Knowledge about cheese being pasteurized or not. I then asked a simple cheeseburger however the mayonnaise was homemade with raw egg so I just asked them to make another simple sauce for the burger to avoid being dry. But this looked like a hustle for them. The chef called me 30min but not helpful at all, we then went to the Mandarin to have lunch which was fabulous btw. - The second thing was my husband 30th birthday that we wanted to celebrate Saturday evening. I requested to have a birthday cake in the room, please look at the picture attached - this is ridiculous.. how can you put such a small cake with not even a happy birthday note especially after all the issues we had previously. We were literally laughing at it. Keep in mind that we are paying 1,000 USD per night.. All of the above for a 2 night stay which was suppose to be “paradise”. After each issue, the management team was aware as I was complaining and advising them about everything in REAL time. Saturday evening the general manager, Karima Sahraoui made an appearance and only acknowledged & apologized. I was obviously expecting something.. Today, at the check out they gave me the bill as of nothing happened, I requested to speak to a manager on duty or who ever is aware about all

The property and staff were fine. Location around 25mins from Marrakech, this hotel is certainly a place to relax. However, the cost of any drink, be it water, wine or beer is astronomical. Hence, very few, if any people had a drink poolside. 140 mad €13.30 for a local beer is ridiculous. The staff working at the bar were standing doing nothing most of the time.
