It was my first time in Marrakesh and I was very excited as I was going only for two days to rest and relax.i wasn’t planning on leaving hotel as I was travelling by myself. I’m not happy at all. I have booked trip from london to Marrakesh as a quick relax for hammam and massage.i have send e mail days before arrival asking for offer but nobody replied to me. So I booked with receptionist the best offer on arrival at 12 am for next day at 6pm only to find out at 6.05 when I went to reception that something is broken and there is no hammam or massage. Nobody has told me anything for 1.5 day.i had to book myself taxi and find it in the centre.very very very disappointed.i didn’t get no help from staff members.what is more disappointing there was maybe another 4-5 people staying there so it wasn’t busy at all to forget to inform me. Staff members were polite but very slow. Sunbeds was not very clean and curtains in the room very dirty.

Rarely been treated with such contempt as by the staff at this hotel. People obviously devoid of shame and hospitality. The worst were the manager and the receptionist. No help with luggage on arrival or departure (I had 3 suitcases and a baby…). A stolen sweater was found in the kitchen. The restaurant's food is worthy of a motorway rest area. For the rest: completely average infrastructure - we see traces of time everywhere, the water in the swimming pool is cloudy, the deck chairs stained and torn. Never again!

We had a great time here. The rooms are very authentic and big. Especially the bathroom felt traditional and they give nice smelling shower gels. Garden is also very lovely and pool quite big. The staff is really trying hard and are very attentive. They made a cake for free for my birthday. I must say it is quite far from the city centre, but the hotel offers transfer. You can get a lovely traditional tea here.. We had hamam experience in the spa and it was really nice. Considering the price, it is a good place and I give it 5 stars.

Simply stunning. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Staff were fab. Room was gorgeous. Buffet breakfast top quality. Easy to get a taxi to and from the Riad. In Marrakesh check the recommendations per a good guide book and avoid the offer of someone helping to guide you. Book an organised tour if unsure. The souks are a warren but good fun and expect to walk for miles

Thieves! I do not recommend at all !!! The manager goes back on the negotiated prices and charged more than we should have paid! For example, a tagine for 25 euros where there was nothing to eat and 35 euros for a bottle of water for 7 people. Truthful!

Le riad est magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et donnent directement sur la piscine. En ce qui concerne le all Inclusive il est à revoir. L'accueil du standardiste est plus que désagréable, il détériore l'image du riad à lui tout seul par sa mauvaise humeur. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'alcool dans le riad comme à peu près partout à Marrakech donc juste pour informations. Le spa est super, nous n'avons jamais vécu un message aussi relaxant que là bas ne passez pas à côté !

Attention !! C est une véritable arnaque Avec jawad rien n est compris dans les prix communiqués Des suppléments des taxes !??? Je ne recommande pas ce Riad!! Vraiment du foutage de gueule 😡😡😡😡 Fuyez et ne réservé pas On était 80 personnes dégoûtées de ses prestations à des prix complètement délirants
