Review for Riad Tajania, Marrakech Our stay at Riad Tajania was absolutely fantastic! The service was outstanding – very warm, personal, and attentive. We were especially impressed when we realized we had forgotten something at the Riad, and the team went out of their way to bring it to us at the airport – truly amazing! The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with great care. The rooms were beautifully decorated, reflecting the charm and spirit of Marrakech perfectly. Overall, we loved everything about our stay and would be delighted to return. A big thank you to the entire team for making our experience so special!

This is not our first time visiting this riad. The service is top notch. Attention to detail is everywhere. The staff is really happy to see you. Good breakfasts. The elegance and chic of the interior made us fall in love with it irrevocably. The charm of Morocco in its authenticity.

My partner and I stayed at Riad Tajania for 4 nights and had the most amazing trip! All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. They made sure our days were planned well to make the most of seeing the city. The Riad itself was beautiful and was like something out of a movie. Pure luxury! Thank you so much to Zainab, Hamza and the team for making our stay so perfect.

Simply outstanding. From the moment of booking it, Khalil and the team did everything we could have hoped for and then some. Welcome foot massage after travelling, mint tea and just being there but without being seen. The Riad is so well kept, beautiful fixtures, space and just a haven. The room was surreal. There is no heating but we had a fire place. So one day at breakfast we mentioned we wanted the fire lit that night and when we returned, it was on and the room was perfectly warm The team organised a car to Essouira and recommended restaurants and guides. I cannot recommend the riad and team enough. The only query we had, was there was no TV in the room but thankfully we had an ipad and watched movies at the end of the day walking.

I am so pleased and happy that I booked here, as my stay was nothing short of excellent! I had the most welcoming, comfortable experience, with the best food and service. As a travel agent, I have stayed in many places all over the world and this is in my top 3. I most enjoyed the welcome foot massage, tea, sweets, the meals that I had, how friendly everyone was, the gorgeous rooms, and the rooftop for watching the sunsets. I will definitely return! Thank you for the memorable stay.

My fiancée and I stayed at the Riad Tajania for 4 nights in February. From the moment we walked through the front door to the moment we left everything was perfect. Nothing was too much for the team. The rooms, the food, the location and the Riad is just flawless. But most importantly the staff! We will definitely be back here.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for my birthday. The service was incredible! I spent ages researching riads in Marrakesh and found it so hard to choose, but I’m so glad we chose Tajania. We arrived to a foot scrub and massage, and a welcoming Moroccan tea. All the suites were amazing!

I wanted to go to Riad Tajania in May, and so my girlfriend booked the riad two months ago via ***********. The payment was supposed to be done two weeks before the arrival, but I was charged 812 euros in january. We found this suspicious so we canceled the booking in order to get a refund. I waited for two weeks and then I decided to contact the riad to ask for explanations. First of all, they answered me in French. I am italian and I wrote them in english, so I find this highly disrespectful. Secondly, when I translated the mail I discovered that some criminals breached their security systems and executed the payment under the name of another company also named as Riad Tajania. I think these kind of things can happen, but from their point of view, considering that they did not have my money, it was none of their business that I was stolen. Now I have reported this situation to local authorities and I hope I can get my money back. I know that Riad Tajania did not steal my money, but the way I was treated in this delicate situation is unacceptable. I would bet 2 cents that I am not the only one who got stolen, maybe I was only lucky that I found it out earlier. I am happy to change my review if the situation is solved rapidly in some kind of way, but it is quite disappointing in 2023.
