We booked this Riad as it had pool and was close to main square. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The manager helped us on our first day to plan our days and recommended routes to take around the city for each of the visits we wished to take, advising us on restaurants and lunch spots. We had a family room and considering how close it was to the centre it was very quiet, clean and everything worked. Breakfasts were huge way too much food for us. It consisted of Moroccan fried breads, pastries, fresh fruit juice, pancakes and tea or coffee. For me it lacked fresh fruit/eggs and despite asking for this they didn't seem to be able to provide it, either through a miscommunication or just their small kitchen was unable to cater in this way. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed it for what it was but be aware it's more of a plunge pool after a hot walk around the city. It's small and very cold.

Staying at this Riad definitely gave us the best possible experience of Marrakech with a mix of feeling safe as the entrance door had a code combination lock on it which a lot of the other Riads didn’t have. Being right in the heart of Marrakech meant it wasn’t much of a walk to get to any of the places we needed to get and we only had to get a taxi once. The staff are all so kind and will help with any issues you have especially Yusuf, he was very kind and helped us a lot and even showed me around Marrakech on his bike which was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I believe this is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to go out every day and come back to the Riad to rest as the Riad is not a place to really have your whole holiday staying inside and I believe that’s why the WI-FI not being great isn’t really a big issue, I had to sit in the lobby area to get good WI-FI which actually turned out to be great as everyone was so friendly and I talked to a lot of people. It was always very clean and the breakfast was also delicious which made the early mornings worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering to go to Marrakech.

Renovated Riad, clean and with a good pool. The treatment was great, by all the staff, and very attentive to everything, since we took our 3-year-old child. Unlike other riads, the street it is on is very cool, and this is noticeable on hot afternoons, since a microclimate is formed, something very important with 42 degrees outside. Great breakfasts too! We will return.

A very beautiful discovery in the heart of Marrakech. The Riad is renovated, magnificent and particularly clean! The manager gave us lots of advice on nearby restaurants, museums to visit and excursions. These valuable tips allowed us to have a pleasant and peaceful stay. The breakfast is very high quality and allows you to start the day off right on the beautiful rooftop: freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, local pastries, fruit... The staff is adorable and smiling. I highly recommend !

Italian friends: avoid this place! In 8 days in Morocco we never had any problems, except for the last two nights spent in this riad. We were ‘welcomed’ by an employee of the facility who I think didn’t sleep for the entire weekend, in fact, he created a microclimate in his t-shirt. The latter was rude and ‘annoying’ towards us, to the point of not even serving us breakfast (already paid for) even though we were all present 10 minutes before the end of it… and serving a latecomer from another table in front of us! The Moroccan people were fantastic, but apparently not all are the same. In terms of cleanliness, I don’t know, we swam in the pool with a nice cockroach 😍. See you never again

The staff is super friendly, Karim and Mehdi were very attentive to us. The tagine we had for dinner was delicious. The Riad is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is good, less than 5 minutes from Jemaa el-Fna Square. Recommended!
