The riad is conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and friendly! What sets it apart though is the proprietor and her staff! They are very welcoming so i felt like family! The personnel made the difference! The food is tasty, the service is very accommodating! I definitely would return! I made dinner and touring arrangements separately before arriving but next visit will allow Cocoon staff to arrange since they have such a wonderful network! I did confirm airport meet/greet- transfers which i highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Riad Cocoon. Corinne and team were very accommodating and also super attentive during my stay. It is a good place to comfortably relax away from the hassle, with the little pool, the rooftop and the well thought of decoration - as well as the comfortable beds.

Everything about this Riad is as advertised, excellent. Corrine, Joma and Salah were all absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Corrine arranged our balloon ride which was spectacular! Our room and terrace were lovely and comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious, we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Exceptional in every way. It’s all the little things that made our stay at Cocoon perfect. Driver was waiting for us at the airport. Staff welcomed us with tea and we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived to this sanctuary in a very lively city. Our pre ordered dinner was served shortly after without delay. It was delicious. Our room was very nicely appointed with robes slippers and high quality amenities. The best part our stay was the attention provided by Jamaa. He was so kind and professional. Super knowledgeable and always willing to help. Restaurant recommendations were excellent (although a bit expensive). One of the places La Terrasse Des Epices, even sent a staff member to walk us to the square after dinner. Jamaa also made sure there was transport organized for whenever we needed it. Corinne, the owner, provided excellent communication and was very kind. I like to give a balanced review with some constructive feedback…but in this case I can’t think of anything they could have improved! Highly recommended. If you’re able to get a room here, book it without hesitation, you’ll be glad you did!

Our short visit to Marrakech was scheduled a few days after the earthquake. The owner, Corinne, could not have been more helpful. She responded to our queries quickly and honestly, which gave us great reassurance. From organising our airport pickup to drop off, our experience with Corrine and her team at Riad Cocoon was perfection. The Riad is a beautiful haven inside the Medina. A wonderful Hammam spa, massage, delicious meals, wonderful amenities and music playlists, personalised map recommendations, a cool plunge pool, and a fantastic staff team - what’s not to love?

It might be overwhelming, the first time in Marrakesh. What you need is a safe place from where you can explore the city. If you're looking for such a place, then this is te place for you. My wife and daughter went to Riad Cocoon and had a wonderful time thanks to lovely host Corinne and her helpers. Everything has been sorted out for you, from the taxi from the airport to many tips how to sped your time in the city, and even excursions. The rooftop breakfasts are delicious. Funfact: all the room are music themed.

Overall Cocoon team were amazing and very attentive. I would like to share my gratitude to Ms. Corrine, Mr. Otman, Mr. Jamaa and the team. You guys are amazing. I have an excellent stay in Marrakech. Definitely I will be back again for Riad Cocoon.
