Beautiful Riad in a great location! The Riad is situated in a quiet street but only a 5 minute walk away from a long street lined with lovely shops, restaurants and outside cafes. The street actually leads down into the famous square. The staff at the Riad are extremely helpful and attentive. They will meet you on arrival from your taxi and accompany you to your departure point when you leave. The Riad is so comfortable with ample seating in the courtyard where breakfast is served. There is a gorgeous roof terrace with loungers and also an extra room with seating and cushions for privacy and a quiet time. Our room was on the roof terrace so it was magical to lie outside the room and look up at the stars before going to bed. I would definitely go back as for €40 per night for the two of us including a tasty breakfast was amazing value. Thank you to the staff.

4.5/5 The hosting family was very nice, the Riad itself was calm and beautiful, got the largest suite for myself only as it's the only thing available. They had a fan on the ceiling not AC which I would have appreciated more but can't complain about, they did wash my clothes at no extra charges, I wanted to extend my stay for another night but they were fully booked. Recommended. Only had problems connecting to wifi. That's all.

This Riad is located in a city centre. Boss has been friendly and he tried to be helpful to meet our needs. We have been a big group of 18 womans who are full of beans. We have created a bit of hilarity in this place. What a shame we have had just 3 days in Marrakech as we would love to spent more time there. I am pretty sure this place is empty without us. Pessima esperienza, niente a che vedere con le foto! Soggiorno assolutamente deludente. Le immagini sul sito mostrano un riad curato e accogliente, ma la realtà è ben diversa. Le stanze sporche, con polvere ovunque e lenzuola che sembravano non essere state cambiate. Il bagno emanava un odore sgradevole e la pulizia lasciava davvero a desiderare. Mai in 5 giorni di soggiorno c’è stato un cambio biancheria o quantomeno una pulizia della stanza. Anche le aree comuni trascurate. Il personale si è mostrato poco disponibile a risolvere i problemi segnalati. Decisamente un’esperienza negativa, non lo consiglio a nessuno!

Preis-Leistung ist top. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG. Das Riad ist sehr schön und landestypisch ausgestattet. Leider ist das Bad in die Jahre gekommen und der Abfluss stank. Wer Abstriche machen kann, ist hier aber gut aufgehoben. Wer fragt, bekommt auch vor der eigentlichen Frühstückszeit ein Tablett zusammengestellt. Bei uns war die Nacht ruhig.

Puede mejorar, pues mi habitación necesitaba una renovación, y otros lugares de la casa, pero tenía muchos puntos a favor y volvería a alojarme allí. Es un Riad bonito, al menos el patio y el ático, buen servicio, buen desayuno, buen precio y, lo mejor, la ubicación, en un buen barrio y muy cerca del centro.

Personnels à l'écoute et présent, petit déjeuner au top, chambre spacieuses et propre, une grande terrasse emplacement parfait au centre de Marrakech pas loin de la place. Seul bémol le débit de l'eau de la douche et un peu long. Sinon pas très grave pour moi, petit déjeuner parfait

En general nuestra estancia era muy agradable. El riad es precioso por dentro. Al entrar parece un palacio de cuento, con su patio con plantas - donde servian desayuno. Tambien esta muy bien ubicado - 10 minutos andando de la plaza principal y del Palacio de la Bahia. Nuestra habitacion era agradable y la cama comoda. El baño era bastante pequeño, le faltaba un poco de limpieza y algun estante para poner las cosas. Aunque por el precio que pagamos no nos esperabamos mucho mas.
