An exceptional hotel in traditional style and Moroccan design, with a wonderful garden and great pools (especially the warm-water pool!). But of course, the Tigmiza isn't a modern luxury hotel; everything feels a bit dusty and musty. The fitness "room," in particular, wasn't exactly a highlight: a treadmill, a stepper, and a basic exercise bike. The sleeping mats and dumbbells were covered in sticky dust and were barely usable without towels. Nevertheless, we were able to enjoy our stay, as we had prepared ourselves for it from the start—and Marrakech is traditionally dusty! Perhaps that's what gives it its special flair. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and varied! So, if you love the traditional ambiance and can tolerate a bit of dust and old-fashioned style, you'll have a great time at the Tigmiza!

An exquisite hotel which far exceeded our expectations (the website photos don't do it justice). It felt like an oasis of calm with beautiful seating areas around the grounds. We had a villa with private pool to share between 4 friends. It was spacious and quiet. Staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. We also had wonderful hamaam experience and enjoyed the daily yoga classes. The free minibus shuttle into Marrakech was perfect to pop in for a few hours in the day or evening. The evening restaurant food was the only let down as everything else was so fabulous we were expecting it to be excellent, but the ambience in the Moroccan restaurant, with music playing was lovely.

Great hotel and the gardens are stunning. The service is really good and the staff are always willing to help. The pools are also amazing with specific mention of the swimming pool at the back of the hotel that has limited use. The only negative I would mention is the lack of drinking water and the cost to buy! Please sort this out.

What a beautiful serene place, the staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble… we were very kindly upgraded to a stunning 1 bedroom villa with a heated private pool… the yoga was excellent and I had a superb deep tissue massage.. one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had lots… don’t hesitate to stay here… we will be back

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Tigmiza. The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning grounds and pools. The rooms are luxurious and spacious. The food is great. The staff are absolutely fantastic, go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide for your every need. We were travelling with our 6 month old baby and the hotel and staff were able to provide additional amenities that made the stay even easier for us. Would highly recommend to any traveller, we loved our stay.

This hotel is beautiful, the decor is lovely, spotlessly clean and sumptuous bedrooms, the staff are courteous and very friendly. The food in both restaurants is very good but needs to have more change of menu . Free car service into and back from town every few hours

Perfect in every way! The staff, the accommodation, the food, the cleanliness was all spot on. The resort is about a 20 minute drive away from the city center but the free shuttle makes it easy to get to. The tranquility of this resort makes it extra special . If you’re looking for somewhere to completely unwind then this is it. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. The spa is wonderful, ee had a hot stone massage and deep tissue massage which left us both feeling amazing! We would highly recommend Tigmiza resort & spa and we will return.

Beautiful grounds but our room was a little tired, needed a refurb .Staff at reception not particularly friendly. A bit far from the centre. Hotel taxi only goes to the centre in the morning with collection early evening.We both had excellent massages from Sihrame and Bahma
