This has never happened to me before! I’m a tour guide, and I spent about ten days with my clients who had a reservation at this hotel. The next day, when I tried to enter the lobby to meet my clients, I was surprised to be denied entry—guides were not allowed. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve never encountered a problem like this before, and I find these practices very disappointing

A beautiful hotel with some exceptional staff and stunning facilities. The food was delicious, especially at La Terrasse. Occasionally misses a beat but when we asked, action was taken. We will be back. The head concierge Adil and Zeneb at breakfast deserve special mention. Both superb and very efficient.

Very good service from the hotel. The hotel's decor is 100 Moroccan, and their thoroughbred horses are spectacular Karim was a waiter who took very good care of us. Sundays brunch, are a very good option of a nice and worm get together option. Beds and pillows are the best

Our family enjoyed holiday at a Villa at Selman Marrakech. The Villa and hotel was fabulous. The Arabian horses were also a treat for our children. Every member of Selman hospitality was kind and helpful, from the concierges to the breakfast team. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful experience at this stunning hotel. We joined the restaurant for dinner, the food was fantastic and the interior outstanding up every single detail . From the beginning we were taken care of by Aladdin, who went above and beyond to make our evening even more special. His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend

I’ve never been to a health spa before and needed a detox. My experience was quite exceptional. The treatments (three a day) and the accompanying meal plan were all top class. , Karem in the spa was fabulous. The hotel was also amazing. The staff overall provided superb service and were very friendly.
