We enjoyed a very nice stay here. The staff took great care of us at all times, and helped with booking excursions and transportation. The Riad was easy enough to find, and when we arrived we had some tea before settling into our nicely decorated room. We traveled with our 4.5 year old daughter, so we decided to eat at the Riad every night. We went through three tagines, and the couscous. They were all really good (Kefta, lemon chicken and beef)! Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was in working order. Visited the roof terrace, but didn't stay there much since it was a little cold. Looked like a very nice place to enjoy some tea. Will definetely stay here next time!

Me and my wife went to the Riad last month. What a formidable decision! The hostel room was decorated gracefully. The staff ? Always smiling and ready to help us! It was by far the most wonderfull place we went in the town. Can't wait to come back...

Riad Lapis-lazuli is a quiet oasis nestled in a corner of the madina in busy Marrakech. I stayed there for about a week in March, 2023, and Patrick and Abdou did everything possible to make me feel at home. The Riad itself is a beautiful, historic former home (see photos); the centerpiece of the courtyard (where meals are served) is a peaceful reflecting pool, surrounded by colorful decorations. They told me that the interesting furnishings are original. Guests can relax on the charming rooftop patio, hosted by the Riad's pet turtle, Gabriella. The Riad is near an historic mosque and is within walking distance of the souks and the main square.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is ideal for those wanting a cheap and cheerful base to use to explore the city. We landed late at night in the middle of Ramadan. We pre-booked a taxi with the Riad and would definitely recommend this. Google maps has its quirks and finding the Riad would be almost impossible without using a prebooked taxi with the Riad. The arranged taxi is also the only one which will drive right outside the Riad and you will be greeted by your host as soon as the taxi arrives on the street. When we arrived and checked in we had the Tajine in the Riad for €9 pp. This was nice, although quite expensive. If you land late at night I would recommend this, if not I would go out and explore. The host will be more than happy to help you find places to eat. We broke our stay up in Marrakesh by climbing Mt Toubkal. If you’re fit and enjoy hiking I would recommend this. The Riad allowed us to check out, leaving our bags in the Riad before checking back in again 2 days later. This was seamless. Breakfast in the Riad was just what you needed for the day. Lots of bread, jam and butter with Moroccan style tea and coffee.

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti al riad Lapis Lazuli. Molto bello come pure le camere. Essendo un po' difficile da trovare, conviene prendere accordi con la direzione che metterà a disposizione un servizio di transfer dall'aeroporto a prezzi accettabili. Un po' lontano dal centro (a piedi circa 20 minuti) ma molto tranquillo. Buona anche la colazione improntata sullo stile classico marocchino. Estremamente disponibile lo staff.

Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und hatten, dank Abdou,dessen Arbeit Fleiß und Einfühlsamkeit an dieser Stelle besonders gelobt werden muss, die Möglichkeit ,einzutauchen in die marokkanische Welt, das Leben und Treiben und die Kultur. Am frühen Abend kamen wir erschöpft, aber glücklich in unser zentral gelegenes Riad zurück, konnten die wunderschöne Dachterrasse genießen und uns, wenn wir wollten, von Abdou noch eine leckere Tajine zubereiten lassen. Das Zimmer war sauber , das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker und uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt, jede Frage geduldig beantwortet. Der Taxitransfer ,auch mitten in der Nacht ,zuverlässig organisiert. Ein sehr gut geführtes Riad!!!! Vielen Dank, Christine und Christophe aus Berlin

Une expérience exceptionnelle dans un cadre magnifique Le Riad est très bien placé et à proximité de tous les lieux touristiques à visiter sur Marrakech. Je recommande le couscous de la cuisine il est délicieux ! Allez-y si vous souhaitez passer un bon moment en famille ou en couple

Accueil chaleureux ! Lieu merveilleux à absolument ajouter à sa TO DO LIST ! La chambre était joliment décorée et spatieuse ! Je recommande vivement. Ces vacances étaient heureusement relaxantes et calmes, bien qu'animées. Parfaites pour se retrouver et passer du temps entre amies !

Acolhimento simpático Sossegado Perto do principal mercado Pequeno almoço simples Limpo. Foi uma agradável surpresa ter ficado instalada neste Riad . Ponto negativo foi ter ficado num quarto sem janela mas por culpa minha aquando da reserva não reparei. A água da piscina ( que não é para uso) precisa de ser mudada
