Riad & Spa Laurence Olivier

A warm welcome awaits you at this Riad. Nice rooms, with Moroccan flavours. A nice roof top to relax after exploring the local Medina. The food (Tegiines) at the Riad are very good. If there was one criticism the dinner plates were cold. Please warm plates so the hot food served remains at a reasonable temperature.

This Riad was wonderful. On entering you entered an oasis or calm and tranquilty. Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful garden setting for a superb breakfast and for eveing dinner if you booked in advance. Close enough to the centre for a short walk day or night. Would thoroughly recommend The friendly tortoises are great too!!

We went to Marrakesh to celebrate my husbands 70 th birthday & stayed at the Riad Laurence Olivier which was excellent in every way ! The Staff were extremely helpful & very friendly the room was amazing & the food beyond delicious. . Highly recommend

We choose to come & stay in Riad Laurence Olivier to celebrate my 60th birthday & 10th wedding Anniversary. We were greeted by Laurence herself. Wow ! She's so warm, charming & lovely & really wants you to have the best time. She was so kind & upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic ! We had the Yellow Room. Beautifully decorated with exquisite plaster work on the ceilings. We felt like royalty throughout our stay. Laurence was extremely helpful with what to see & do. She arranged a special dinner for me at the Riad to celebrate my birthday. It was an amazing celebration with fantastic food, music & a delicious cake. A perfect & memorable evening. Ali , Simeon & Muhammed were very attentive throughout the evening making sure I was happy & enjoying myself. I owe a huge thank you to them for making the evening so perfect ! A huge thank you to Laurence for arranging it all. She's the Best ! The food at the Riad was fantastic ! Fatima the cook made some delicious dishes like Chicken with Lemons & Olives. Courgettes in Lemon. We ate dinner here several times & each time the food & wine was fantastic. Thank you Fatima. We were attended to every evening & every morning by Muhammed, Ail & Simeon. The breakfasts was equally delightful. Freshly squeezed orange juice ,freshly made breads, fresh fruit salad & the best mint tea in Marrakech. Thank you Ali, Simeon & Muhammed. Our room was cleaned beautifully by Rabia every day. She was so warm & lovely & made our room smell gorgeous too. Thank you Rabia. The Riad itself was located 15 minutes away from the Souks. As soon as you approach it, you are faced by the most Beautiful Door & greeted by all the most kindest & friendliest of staff. It's an oasis of beauty & calmness inside. Each & every room is beautifully decorated with so much thought & style. I looked at all the various Riads near the Medina & chose this one after reading all the reviews. It exceeded all my expectations & more. A wonderful, beautiful, calm, romantic Riad with the Best Food, Amazing & Attentive Staff & not forgetting Laurence who is a very special beautiful person.

Absolutely stunning. We have just returned from a three night stay and can highly recommend this Riad. The quality of accommodation and the service from all staff made our stay memorable. It is in a great location within the Medina and a short walk to the souks. The breakfasts are lovely and we ate in the Riad each night - beautiful food. We will return.
