Was very impressed on arrival. Staff where very welcoming. Was surprised to see the rooms where very clean and tidy. Was then welco.ed to a very impressive breakfast. The entertainment ment was very good and the staff where great with the children keeping them busy and they had alot of fun even the adults got involved too. Lunch (food) was.also very tasty and cooked very well. Activities could of been a little more for children. Kids club wasn't the best but they enjoyed it. The hotel.in all was a buitifull place with the beach less than 2.mi s walk with more activity's on the beach including jet Skies banana boat and parachute. Evening meal was also very nice with different themes every night. Evening entertainment was also good Would I come again? .. DEFFENTLY

In a group of 18 I can not fault the hotel, the staff the Resturant team and especially the animation team (entertainment) We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and like friends by the next day The holiday has been one to remember with memories never to be forgotten

Hotel looks nice, for that price it’s ok . But…. Food horrible, not eatable , not worth even 10 euro supper charged 30. The worest experience in Italy and Sicily and I’m here often over 20 years.Marsala is close so if you want eat go there to any place

Arrived last week 19th May, had a moan about lady on reception, still feeling the same, but food lovely now, fried eggs yahoo, loads, good choice of foods, wine is OK,beer put a dash of lemonade ok,thank you management,holidays now going fine, other lady on reception lovely, its now a lovely all inclusive, cheers cm,

Mostly good holiday, with staff trying to please. Let down by no air conditioning yet this month, and building works on the beach. Rooms very hot at night. After the noisy working, the sand on part of the beach had large and small stones. Not ideal for bare feet, and could have been easily sorted. Gym states State if the art equipment. What year was that? 2 running machines, one constantly out of order, no working air con, and rusty, old machines. No floor mats either. Manager doesn't speak English, but French and German. A lot of good at this hotel, but could be better. Thank you .

at first glance the central structure is really beautiful, but then once you get to the room you really realize that it is absolutely not a 4-star structure sponsored by the travel agency ... only to thank the reception staff, the girls at the bar and restaurant waiters who work very hard, otherwise poor food (they use cream everywhere), cold and dishes repeated several times in the same week, also rejected the typical Sicilian evening on Friday. nice show, but dinner was really bad final note go to the lido, far from the structure, to get there you have to cross a very busy road. the establishment has an agreement, but not managed by them ... 😰 the manager is really rude, he demanded money for services already paid for in the hotel. showers are paid and children's games cannot be left on the beach in the evening, even with umbrellas assigned for the whole week, so up and down under the sun with donut boats and buckets. the sea smelled of rotten eggs and the shore it was full of algae, never removed by the staff

It's bad to give a compliment. I arrive with my family on Saturday late morning, escaped on Sunday. After several requests to the reception to speak with the manager, UNAVAILABLE. We are traveling with two children, including a newborn; after calling before booking and hearing from them there was no problem let's book. We go out for lunch, we have lunch at their lido delfino, glasses still dirty with lipstick, tablecloth let's not talk about it. Let's say that more than a hotel this is a hostel if you can define it that way. Unfortunately a holiday nightmare escaped the next day.
