I paid for my room while waiting for regularization.

While in self-check-in hotels the risk of having some kind of automation failure is always lurking around the corner the experience at this b&b hotel by far was the worst ever. While the day started under a bad star with the EV not wanting to charge and it has been raining each second of the 600km trip the only thing you want arriving at 9:30pm is a good bed, but no way José, this was not what happened. The facts in a row: - the check-in computer asked for my last name, which was not found it said, not with or without spaces, last part first, full first and last name, reversed neither - pushing the help button on the 24/7 assistance phone box only brought automated messages - after 30min of trying, getting very tired and forcing myself not to give up suddenly a human voice replied - while the man on the phone was extremely unfriendly, rude, inpatient with my 80% native speaker level of french, and certainly not service oriented I stayed calm all time not wanting to lose the opportunity of getting a solution - then with the new number he gave me the system retrieved the booking, and asked me to pay full price while it was all confirmed prepaid 2 weeks earlier - not wanting to lose the opportunity I chose to pay again and have it all done but then - it didn't accept any Belgian debit card (mentioned nowhere) and when I then tried my Visa the system then crashed and went into a loop - at that time the procedure had already taken 45min with 5 other travellers standing in line. Habituée à ce genre d'hôtels "bon marché " ce soir j'ai touché le fond. Douche sale, réellement, je l'ai prise, Douche bouchée, mon compagnon et moi avons pu changer de chambre. Dans la deuxième l'évacuation ok mais planches wc desolidarisées au WC. Un gag? Douche très sale, vraiment, un seul drap par personne, douche soir et matin, d'office on s'essuyera dans de l'humidité. Literie au top je le reconnais Mais vraiment déçue

23h45. 3 personnes devant moi pour essayer d’ouvrir le portail d’accès au parking. Impossible malgré les codes fournis. Enfin une 4eme personne qui n’avait fait qu’une réservation et qui réussi à ouvrir le parking. Impossible de contacter le personnel de l’hôtel après 22h. Devant l’entrée de l’hôtel, plate-forme impossible à activer pour rentrer les codes. Il faut attendre plus de 5 minutes pour qu’elle se réactive. Arrivée dans la chambre gelée. La Clim ne fonctionne pas, ni le radiateur.

Cet hôtel est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent à la fois confort et hospitalité. La propreté des lieux est impeccable, avec des chambres bien entretenues et une atmosphère agréable. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et chaleureux, prêt à répondre à toutes les demandes avec un sourire. C’est un endroit où l’on se sent bien accueilli et pris en charge. J’y ai été très bien accueilli par une équipe courtoise et souriante. Je n’oublierai pas de parler des bonbons d’accueil, petite touche attentionnée. J’ai trouvé la chambre confortable, bien équipée et très propre. Cet hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de restaurants. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est bien garni, avec des produits sélectionnés, il me semble. Là aussi, on y trouve de la courtoisie et on vous demande si vous avez bien dormi. Bref, cette hôtellerie généreuse m’ont fait oublier les kilomètres parcourus et à parcourir… Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel et sais déjà où je redescendrai lors de mes prochaines étapes à Dijon. Merci à eux !

Hôtel sale et mal tenu : - moquette pleine de terre, de fil de tissu, de taches - portes tachées, usées où la peinture a disparu - tables de petit déjeuner non nettoyées couverte de miettes et de café - chaises éparpillées et tables non rangées - internet défaillant - personnel en bavardage alors que la cassolette d'oeufs brouillés est vide - parking avec papiers et bouteilles - absence d'ascenseur non signalé sur le site au moment de la réservation - eau au robinet de chambre : juste un filet !
