Quiet and very rural, quality service, good food, exquisite wines, comfortable rooms with all amenities, a well-located base to explore the Umbria region and the Sagrantino terroir. In between, you can also relax by the pool where you have a literally astonishing view of the surrounding Umbrian hills, the unspoiled nature and the enormous estate of the Count Pongelli-Benedettoni family, where top wines, olive oil and many other organic products are made with respect for nature. We had a very adventurous tour of the estate in a Polaris all-terrain vehicle with expert explanations from Guilhelmo, son of the Count, who provided us with all necessary clarifications with flair, in a very warmly and knowledgeable manner.
