The location and room hygiene are good. There is no counter service staff, no on-site service staff. You need a key to enter and exit the hotel, which is similar to a serviced apartment.

The location is okay, close to a large shopping mall. The air conditioner in the room broke down one night, and there is a big exhaust fan just outside the window... I can't stand the rest. There is no elevator and the luggage can only be moved up and down. It's unbearable.
Parking is free, which is the only advantage.

we ate in the bistro the food was cold, and the music was terrible. I understand the area was very busy, as most of the tables were for large bookings so the numbers were known before hand a more professional handling of services would of made a much more pleasant experience.

large room, very friendly staff. two complimentary drinks and the buffet breakfast was good value.location also very good 15 minutes walk from the station. food in the restaurant was again good value for money
