While the hotel looks great, it is poorly ran. It took nearly 30 mins for my husband to get checked in at 7:30 at night. We were charged $50 for our dog. Thank god we had our dog, because he did what the staff didn't... And that is protect our privacy. At 10:30 at night a man claiming to have been given the very same room by the same front desk lady, entered our room while we lay sleeping. Seems funny... Sure until your think about the fact my dog could have felt the need to protect us by biting the man who entered our sleeping space as we lay naked. Or until you think about how embarrassed you'd be as a woman to go down to breakfast the next morning, only to run into the stranger who saw you naked the night before. So if you don't mind strangers seeing you naked for free... Stay here. Otherswise go next door to the Hampton inn
