"Location is excellent surrounded by trees and away from crowded and noisy areas. The receptionist was very professional and helpful regarding a mistake in my booking as my booking app didn't convey the complete details of my booking. They didn't have any idea that I have a 12 year old child added to my booking and also didn't get the information that I needed 2 adjacent rooms, but they managed to sort it out. Breakfast was great. There was no fridge in the room despite saying there was one during booking, but I didn't need it, so I ignored it. The worst part was the pool staff. They were rude and irogant. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely go there again if we visit Birmingham again."

"A group of friends came together for a dragon boat racing event in Edgbaston and came as a rowing club. The hotel staff and the overall stay was very pleasant. Really enjoyed it, and will come again as this is an annual event."

"The hotel is convenient for the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International railway station. Received a nice welcome at reception where the layout of the hotel was explained. My room was on the 4th floor, easily accessible by lift. The room was large, queen size double bed, 2 seater settee and coffee table. There was a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, a safe and a massive tv. All spotlessly clean and with nice views over the lake. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"For my need perfect solution close to airport and to neck. I walked there. No restaurant . But food can be ordered and delivered there and there are tables where it is possible to eat."

"I rang ahead and asked if I could check in 20 mins earlier but that was extra £20. Was given room 400 but was dirty. Moved to room 435 which was opposite lift and an accessible room. Facilities included tea/coffee, ironing board and safe. The room faced the departures area of the airport. There is a bar & restaurant on site. The room itself was quiet and sound proof from airport noise. Staff seemed friendly enough. But the hotel is more 3 star than 4 star. Convenient for the location."
