We stayed here for a family wedding which was being held at a nearby location. The hotel is walking distance to the town (20 mins) where there are some lovely little restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a pool in the grounds and provides breakfast. Taxis can be called from reception however please be aware that taxis charge per person and not per car as we do in the uk. The staff were all very helpful and polite and the hotel was very clean.

Sicuramente un hotel datato ma tutto sommato ha dei punti a suo favore. Il servizio in camera è stato rapido e la colazione soddisfacente. La reception anche molto effeciente. Le vera pecca è il letto. Se prenoti una matrimoniale, non ti aspetti due singoli uniti tra loro. Esito? Uno dei due ospiti dorme malissimo. Da ritornarci? Si, ma sicuremente bisognerà insistere e specificare ulteriormente sul letto.

Siamo stati già altre volte, pulizia perfetta, gentilezza e professionalità della reception. Da migliorare la prima colazione: cornetti un po’ crudi e puntualmente il distributore caffettiera che si guasta e il direttore che armeggia per ripararla .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel.. servizio di pulizia ottimo.. colazione, pranzo e/o cena con prodotti di alta qualità, cortesia del personale impeccabile, esigenze degli ospiti tutte rispettate nel migliore dei modi... celiaci ed intolleranti al lattosio sono stati tutti accontentati alla perfezione.. tutti questi fattori saranno motivo per un futuro ritorno da parte di tutti noi.. un grazie in particolare a Marina e Michele.

Siamo stati in questo Hotel a dicembre 2024. Hall grandissima ed accogliente, come il personale alla reception e in sala. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e fatto i complimenti al cuoco più volte. Il maitre ha assecondato la mia mania di fare foto ai piatti serviti, lasciandone uno in più come bis. Grazie infinite a tutti per la gentilezza. Le camere sempre pulite, silenzose, acqua calda meravigliosa in bagno. Insomma, consigliatissimo e per finire Martina Franca è una cittadina veramente carina che vale la pena visitare.

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel con una bella location natalizia. Le stanze erano pulite, confortevoli e con tutti i servizi. Ottimo anche il lato ristorante con piatti buoni e gustosi, infine un ok va anche all’accoglienza e a tutto il personale sorridente e disponibile.

Hotel da svecchiare. Hall cupa. Tuttavia le ragazze sono gentili alla reception. Le camere sono raggiungibili con scale intermedie poco pratiche con le valige. Aria condizionata in camera non gestibile. Assenza di doccia ma vasca con tenda scivolosa. Rubinetti lavello con calcare. Passaggio di ambulanze a sirene spiegate a tutte le ore impossibile riposare bene. Cucina buona . La colazione andrebbe fatta distribuendo meglio il buffet perchè gli spazi sono stretti per muoversi. Al ristorante in sala fa caldissimo e l'aria condizionata è spenta. I camerieri poi , ogni tanto dovrebbero asciugarsi il sudore. Non è molto igienico.

Struttura non bellissima ma funzionale. Ottima posizione, con parcheggio. Stanze comode e pulite. Disponibile piscina con lettini. Colazione sufficiente. Personale molto cordiale. Da curare l’allestimento di alcuni spazi poco curati.
