Everything is out of order here. Right from fittings to furniture to everything. Broken windows, broken doors. Insects, dirty and worst service. Staff and specially the GM is very arrogant. They don't know ABCD of hospitality. Don't waste your money.

MANAGEMNET NEEDS TO CLOSE IT AND renovate the same with change of professional staff or this will close down soon- changing names will not only help. I went 5 yrs back that time it was too good recently i visited and was disappointed to a core that how can they really not look into any matter. Not maintained rooms, staff is rude, Food is worst when they charge so high, No pros in anything. Hope the management took ti up and work on feedback ..

Location is a 5/5. We had taken a second floor sea-facing executive suite overlooking the first floor swimming pool, appearing to merge with the Arabian Sea during high tides. A large balcony attached to our suite was the perfect place for a few drinks with the sea in the background, lit up coastal highway looking like a lit up runway and cool breeze gently blowing. In the evening mosquitoes played spoilsport, though. The property now managed by Odon Hospitality is in an advanced stage of decay. The repairs and patchworks are visible and look cheap jobs. The food is not upto the mark yet overpriced. We resorted to having our food in restaurant of the adjacent Gold Beach resort. House keeping was only on demand. TV needed a service person each time we wanted to switch it on. Bathroom tap was not functioning, the shower coming on even if we needed only the tap. Will not recommend to any one except for "thirsty" souls from nearby Surat if no other alternative is available.

Absolute no no place ! Badly maintained ! Consistently this hotel has been given negative poor bad reviews but that doesn't seem to affect the management or the owners! Sad ! Nothing more to be said! Such a prime location and such a poorly maintained hotel! 3/10 rating!

Very poor food , bad experience they served us wrong food and when we complained about it they asked us to pay and when we refused to pay they asked us to replace the order and then refuse us the replacement after making us wait for 30 minutes , worst service , worst food and staff here is very rude at the end they made us pay even when we were not satisfied poor hotel , unmannered staff and totally worst gujarati food we ever had , they harresed and tortured us a Lott as tourist and very much disrespectful experience. They don't care of food or quality they seem very greedy of money very much disappointed , my husband is allergic of capsicum even after informing this they refused to replace , very poor experience overall very poor experience

Worst dining experience ever in daman. The staff and waiters seems clueless and not at all willing to attend... poor quality food and when restaurant manager was informed about disappointing experience he choose to keep mum...much better options available

Rats & mosquitos in room... unhygienic place... No cleanliness... Horrible service & stinking bathroom... Much better options to stay in nearby hotels... I am shocked being such a dirty hotel still it was running full

Poor service, lack of staff strength, unresponsive handlers, irresponsible management Breakfast time is so hectic you can't even have a seat inside restaurant. The hotel is poorly maintained. Rooms are spacious enough. But the service lacks attentiveness.

Lowest food quality.... Hygiene not maintained .....staff behaviour is not good ....food test is not good cleanness not maintained.....don't go for food it's not preferable......room maintained.... windows glass are break
