Was pleasantly surprised by the service, cleanliness and size of the room! Has a decent size indpre pool and garden plis a sauna and gym and a great restaurant in lobby. Its not right in the city but its close enough and has a ***** of shops in walking distance. Very happy woth our stay. If we are ever in Sydney again definitely staying here. Highly recommend.

Convenient location, few minutes to domestic terminal.Room was spacious with kitchenette and balcony. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very large. The service at the counter is very personalized and they are very attentive. Our room was not ready at 2:00 p.m. but the employees made sure to make us feel comfortable and fix the situation as soon as possible. The room was large and very complete.

I booked the room with a bath tab however there wasn't. I spoke with the reception and I was told that it was a mistake on the trp.com side because this room has no bath tub. However they generously changed the better room with a bath tub. Very appreciated.
I was disappointed about the sauna, it was out of order.
The service wasn't great for breakfast at the restaurant. One waiting staff wasn't friendly, no greeting and no smile.
Overall I and kids enjoyed staying there.

The deluxe suite was so lovely, only downside is i was very ill when i arrived and struggling to carry my bags so would have been nice if a member of staff offered to help me carry them to the room on the 6th floor. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay, very comfy bed.

Terrible attitude from the manager on duty - we were given a room with 3 locked doors which was already a weird arrangement. When we asked reception what the rooms were or whether there were other rooms available, they originally told us they could offer another room and will inform us of the new room. but after a few minutes the manager stormed into our room obviously very angry and practically shouted to us saying these are just rooms they’ve locked because they don’t want to clean them and started unlocking / slamming doors.
The hotel also directly charges your card for the ‘deposit’, instead of putting a hold - this means for anyone travelling from outside AU, you will be charged the cross border service fee as well as losing any foreign exchange margins. The hotel blatantly refuses cash as a deposit. Extremely unfriendly to anyone travelling, and if the purpose is just to stay a night for a layover, you’re better off going to Citadines or Ibis, both of which are even closer to the airport.
