Villa Vitturi

A very unique castle villa hotel with a large garden and a good experience.

We were 2 families (total of 7 people) from January 30th to 1st....on the 30th we wanted to stop in Venice but since we could return late we went first to the Villa to check in...too bad that at 10.30 when we arrived the rooms were not ready so we went there for nothing and oh well....let's move on. We return at 10pm from Venice...everything is opened for us remotely...we enter the apartment and a bed was missing, there were 6 beds instead of 7, we called the owner who had a lady arrive, after a while, to make the seventh bed which was not a bed but a sofa and I repeat a sofa, not a sofa bed, hard as a rock and also difficult to turn into a bed with sheets. In the bathroom 3 large towels and 2 bidet towels....we ask the lady for some towels and she brings us more, almost all bidet towels...too bad we needed them for the shower and for the face and then half were broken. ....in short we divided the towels between two families always using the same ones...no comment. From the photos the apartment seems very nice but in person nothing special, there is no coat/jacket hanger and a wardrobe, the beds and pillows one more uncomfortable than the other. Breakfast nothing exceptional and nothing hot (cold pancakes, cold croissants, etc....). It will certainly be a beautiful location for weddings, but for overnight stays there are many things to improve. Not a positive experience.
