Bungalows Parque Bali Con Aire Acondicionado

Room was nice, bed sheets changed once in 9 days. Room cleaned twice. We arrived late (flight delay) check was super quick receptionist spoke perfect english and was pleasant. However from word go I said I’d need late check out and how much would it cost I asked ALL week long I was told €20 and to ask on the morning of check out, well that was an absolute LIE. got to the morning of checkout spoke with receptionist (who didn’t know what a smile or a greet was nor did he have a word of English in him extremely blunt and rude/standoffish, I was told rather bluntly, ‘it is not possible u check out 11am final’ so u can imagine how annoyed I was being fobbed off all week. This unfortunately will be the reason I would 100% not go back.

Great budget hotel! Beds in the living area are not the best, but if you are not fussy it won’t affect your stay. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Not overcrowded with amazing pool and kids slides. Plenty of sun beds. Expect to pay extra for A/C 5€ per day and Wi-Fi 27€ per week. Shop in resort is opened 24/7 serving required groceries and cold beer @1€. Bar is reasonably priced and serve delicious local food. Location is safe and preferrable is you have your own transport, however shopping centre, amusements are in a walking distance. Walking to the beach in the dunes will take aroind 30 mins. Would defo stay again!

It was our first real holiday as a couple. We booked this hotel on recommendation from social media. When we arrived the staff were friendly enough. As it was a self catering bungalow, we bought some bits from little shop behind reception some essential food and hygiene items at very reasonable prices. Room was very basic but seemed to be clean. All essential items for preparing easy meals was there. However, after having our cups of tea we put the sugar away in the cupboard and by next morning it was full of little tiny bugs. The cupboard itself and the bag of sugar was full of them. Nothing could be left outside the fridge not even fruit. So after getting the fresh bag of sugar we kept it in the fridge. So unfortunately we were unable to prepare even the simplest of meals. For a double room the beds were two singles pushed together, I realise that is common in many hotels, but these were wooden framed singles that if you rolled close to the middle the beds slid apart on the tiled floors. Also the mattress on the left hand side was so uncomfortable that it gave my partner really bad back (which he has never suffered before) to the point where we had to go to pharmacy and spend €30 on painkillers and creams. We had booked breakfast included, the breakfast buffet was basic at best, other than toast and some overcooked eggs there was very little choice

Greqt accommodation, apartment was spotless and spacious, loved the private roof terrace to catch the sun. Friendly and açcomodating staff in restaurant areas and reception. Pool area was comfortable and plenty of sunbeds and space to relax and unwind. Would definately return

Extremely disappointed very rude staff except for one guy on reception we didn’t fly home till 8pm but was asked to check out at 11am so we asked if we can pay to keep the room for a couple of hours and was told not possible I had two sons with me which the youngest has disabilities so I said is there anywhere I can change him then later and he just shrugged his shoulders so I said well where shall I change him on the street and again shrugged his shoulders so I was left with cases pram baggage sat at the pool for 6hrs having to change my son on the floor infront of everyone as the pool toilets was not suitable with no changing facilities I will be taking this further I just wanted to warn anyone going with children, bungalows where clean and pool was clean shame for the attitude of staff !!

Lovely basic bungalows, perfect for a relaxing holiday. We did expect to just eat out most of the time but there isn’t much within easy walking distance so we went to the supermarket and cooked for ourselves, just your usual salads etc but lovely tasty local produce. The on-site shop has all the basics for a night or 2 at reasonable prices. Handy portions of sugar etc as most won’t use a full packet. It was a bit annoying to need to buy dishwashing liquid and a sponge but cheap enough. A tea towel was provided but not changed in the week we were there. Bedding and towels all changed every couple of days and everything kept very clean. The pool area was very chilled, some days people did reserve beds but there were plenty and most people actually used them unlike other places where towels are in place all day with no sign of owners! Very few British people there to chat to but perhaps that is what changed the dynamic? Overall we had a great time, it was a change from our usual type of holiday but it was exactly what we needed
