Love Ridge Mountain Lodging

Unbelievable romantic and quiet! A perfect anniversary! We have stayed in this cabin before, but the upgrades and cozy quality really made our stay unforgettable. The staff at Love Ridge are great - super responsive and very friendly. The wine, chocolate and charcuterie basket were awesome!

I had such a wonderful experience at Love Ridge. What a beautiful campsite. My glamping room was perfect for just me. It was absolutely adorable. I snuggled up and watched a movie with my own Amazon account and ate the delicious lasagna they provided me. The kitchen was perfect and provided everything I needed. The bathroom and shower were very clean and surprisingly posh! I woke up, made some coffee and listened to all the different birds and spent some quality time with the friendliest cat named Chester. Love Ridge was a truly peaceful experience and I will definitely return!

The setting is magnificent. Our cabin was immaculate and fully appointed right down to the rain shower head. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable We can’t think of a thing that could be improved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We arrived after the regular check-in hours and it was not a problem at all. We were able to pull the key to our cabin with no problem. The porch light was left on for us and the heat had been turned on to ensure we were comfortable upon arrival. The cabin was perfect! The kitchen well appointed with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub in the bathroom. The fire pit and outdoor seating were great spots to enjoy the scenery. We highly recommend this as a great get away in a beautiful location. The grounds were so pretty! Chester the cat said “hi” while we were walking the grounds. It was snowing HARD when we woke up and the owners graciously comped the charge for a late check-out so we could wait out the storm. It was much appreciated. Thank you for a great getaway.

We visited LovecRidge to have a reunion with a number of relatives we hadn't seen in years, and had a great time. Our group had three cabins and all were very comfortable and well equipped. The area is beautiful and we went hiking each morning on the many nearby trails, and had s'mores at our cabin's fire ring in the evening. There was plenty of firewood availablefor our use. Our cabin had a problem with the bathroom sink. I texted the owners about it in the morning, and when we got back from our hike it was all fixed. We enjoyed playing croquet and other games from the well-stocked game shed. This is a lovely spot, and my wife and I started talking about another visit on our way home from this one.

We loved our cute little cabin! Very comfortable & just perfect for a mountain getaway. It's just feet off the Blue Ridge Parkway, and even though the Parkway was unfortunately closed for storm damage while we were there, there was no shortage of other hikes & exploring in the area. We loved the firepit next to the cabin!
