The place is amazing and the staff very friendly and organized. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. The beach is just fabulous. You have to see the sunrise. The pool is good and you can have some drinks by the pool. Be ready to walk a lot as the resort is big.

Booked and paid for two rooms and all inclusive , one the checkout they charged me for offsite activities which I paid there on spot however they charged me again for what I paid before there, they failed to provide me with signed of copy of the bill to charge to my room. Even manager failed to come when I asked to speak to manger , Clearly they are over charging tourists and foreigners, stay away unless you want to be over charge. Beside very poor internet in rooms , rooms for three came with only two towel and all around poor service

Recommended only for folks that enjoy loads of people, constant noise and loud music, bad meals served in a prison like food hall, full swimming pools and a beach to make you feel like a sardine. The buildings and installations look tired, the room offers no comfort whatsoever, beds with mattresses reminiscent of the last century and dirty linens; hygiene is a big question mark throughout the resort. Well, at least the staff is friendly you ask? Nope, made us wait for hours at check-in as they had screwed up the reservation… and it just went downhill from there. Thank god the “holiday” is over.

It's far away to be a good resort. Right in the check-in I got surprised by a tax for early check-in, due to a flight select by their own system, if I hadn't pay, me and my wife couldn't have launch. It was very disappointing. The food was most of the time simple, only on Friday they did somethings different. Our first room had mold, with a very strong smell, but they changed us in the first day when I asked. In terms of nature, they have a very beautiful place with good beaches. They said that the other units are better, but I have my doubts. The service at the beaches are the same, with very simple food and drinks.

Nature: the only good thing you'll ever find here. Except for that, run away, especially if you stay at the Terra wing. Poor service, lack of quality food and beverage options, disrespectful guests listen to loud music, smoke around the pools, a real mess.

O resort é enorme e o serviço estende do hotel a praia . O ponto forte dele é a praia sem dúvidas alguma . Foi minha terceira vez no ala Terra e recomendo bastante . Queria agradecer a supervisora Mayara da Ala Terra que nos atendeu prontamente e foi super gentil conosco. Aos meninos que prestaram um excelente serviço no bar da piscina, no bar da praia e no do restaurante nota 1000 para eles . E ao animador Luan minha mãe pediu para dar 5 estrelas a ele , gente finíssima demais . No mais , tudo ótimo . Melhoraria na comida e a piscina está precisando ser reformada.
