The room is very clean. The bathroom and pantry have been renovated. Refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle available for preparing simple breakfast. 5 mins drive to town center for restaurant and supermarket. We stayed there 1 night for visiting the Hobbiton on the next day.

Overall good stay . Negative cleanliness rating coming from the fact we had to fight spider webs to access the pans in the kitchen. Otherwise all was good

There are relatively few kitchen supplies. The location is outside the city but there is Pak n Save within a 10-minute walk.
The cabinets are quite old, but the overall accommodation is acceptable. It is under a slope, so be careful when turning.
