This was absolutely perfect for us overnight. The interior is so cleverly designed and it’s only a short walk to the amazing centre. Everything was clean and spotless and the breakfast was typically Italian but the quality was fantastic. Thank you Pippo for being so accommodating for the three of us.

We had an outstanding stay. The unit was well located and spotless. It was an architectural masterpiece and decorated beautifully. Lamia Matera had everything we needed and then some. Bernadetta and Eustachio were so warm, friendly and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Vicinissimo al centro, praticamente a ridosso del sasso caveoso. Pippo, il proprietario, è molto disponibile, fornisce informazioni sul territorio dal primo contatto con la struttura. Accoglie con gentilezza e simpatia i propri ospiti, con cui è molto accogliente. La stanza molto pulita e luminosa, temperatura interna perfetta. La struttura è di recente ristrutturazione rispetto all’originaria destinazione e risulta curata e gradevole anche negli spazi comuni. Nel prezzo era inclusa la colazione: abbondante e prevalentemente con proposte di ottimi prodotti locali. Poco distante dalla struttura c’è un parcheggio che costa 8€/24h oltre ad una zona parcheggio gratuita poco più distante; da lì ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi verso i vari centri di interesse di Matera. Torneremo sicuramente

Affittacamere con camere bellissime, spaziose, bel bagno, molto vicino al Sasso Caveoso,raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Proprietario cordiale. Matera bellissima. Posto tranquillo, dormito benissimo Possibilità di fare colazione con 10 euro a persona Noi però nn l' abbiamo fatta.

Posto incantevole e vicinissimo al centro, a ridosso del sasso caveoso. Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Colazioni abbondanti con proposte di alimenti del territorio; insomma un luogo dove cultura e passione per il territorio si fondono in maniera eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente

Wunderbares Appartement nur wenige Meter vom Sassi Zentrum entfernt. Foto Stop 100 m von der Haustür. Gastgeber ist sehr engagiert und behilflich; auch bei der Suche nach einem gratis Parkplatz nur wenige Gehminute entfernt. Falls wir nochmals Matera besuchen dann buchen wir wieder!

Abbiamo pernottato due notti in questa piacevole e accogliente struttura . Innanzitutto un saluto a Pippo e la moglie che ci hanno riservato un caloroso benvenuto , dimostrandosi molto gentili e disponibili. Location situata a 10 m a piedi dalla piazza principale. Parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze a €10 al giorno e si incomincia la camminata in questa piacevole città. Colazione ottima e abbondante a base di prodotti tipici locali. Camere pulite e accoglienti ricavate nella roccia . Lo consiglio 👍🏽

Posizione eccellente con un vicino posteggio dove, una volta scaricati i bagagli, ci si può dimenticare della macchina per visitare a piedi Matera. Camere molto pulite, silenziose e confortevoli. Una prima colazione favolosa con prodotti locali (dolci e salati) di primissima qualità. Pippo e Grazia accolgono i loro ospiti con grande gentilezza e professionalità
