Excellent family-run establishment! Even though there is no breakfast, the room is equipped with an instant kettle and a very good espresso machine! The managers are very helpful! We went with a seven year old. It is located in Sasso Caveoso but in a few minutes you can also reach Sasso Barisano. Advised!

In September we were in beautiful Matera for 1 night. Mr. Michele was absolutely wonderful, what a service this owner provides. He picks you up and takes you to the parking garage in his car and nothing is too much for him. We wanted to give him a tip but he didn't even want that. The room was also absolutely fine, good beds, clean room, coffee and lots of bottled water. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone and give it a big 10

Excellent location, very large and clean room. The very kind owner even allowed us to leave our suitcases after checkout on the day of departure and then brought them to us in the evening to the airport shuttle stop, priceless! During our stay we were continually asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Free water in the minibar, coffee machine with pods and kettle with herbal teas in the room. If I return to Matera I will definitely return to "Agli Archi". Thanks for everything

Local located in the Sassi area with a view of the church of the Madonna dell'Idris. Spacious bathroom, clean rooms, fridge always stocked with water and coffee machine with capsules. Friendly owner and also available for arrival and departure transfers.

I was in Matera with two friends to celebrate our birthday... The structure is simply wonderful located a few meters from Piazza San Pietro Caveoso. The location is excellent, the rooms very nice, well-kept and above all very very clean and sanitized. A 10 out of 10 to Michele who is an exquisite person, he looked after us as if we were family. We will be back soon

We stayed in this property in July 2022. The very kind owner, Mr. Michele, welcomed us with great availability, accompanying us to the public car park where we left our car. Afterwards he dropped us off at his facility. This truly delightful one, with a view of the Sasso Caveoso, we particularly liked for its originality, elegance and cleanliness. Lovely furnishings and a large, comfortable bathroom, a fridge with lots of water and an excellent coffee machine. Even though we only stayed one night we had the opportunity to savor the particularity of the Sassi di Matera. Thanks from all of us. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma abbiamo riscontrato gentilezza nel responsabile una camera la n4 grande pulita e sopratutto con una vista stupenda! Forse unica pecca con il navigatore (a piedi) non si trova facilmente. Punti a favore? Situato in uno dei posti più belli di Matera
