Only upon arrival do we discover that the renovation has not yet been completed in the room (the bathroom door must remain wide open, there are exposed pipes and electrical cables, there is a small window that lets in the light of the street lamp at night and the sun during the day ). Plus the room is freezing and damp. The girl at the reception kindly tries to help us with the fan coil settings, but with poor results. First night in the cold. The next day they put some cardboard on the window, but the light still comes through. We point out again that the room is not heated enough, that perhaps it is very large and the system has never been tested, but another employee replies that in his opinion it is not possible, it is all centralized... Second night in the cold . We ask for another blanket, but it's not enough. After the third night in the cold at check out we explain the situation to the owner, who attacks us by saying that "our bodies are too sensitive". He adds that we were lucky to pay 180 euros a night for a 250 euro room, because it wasn't finished. It's a shame that when we booked no one had mentioned this situation. It doesn't seem correct to me. In the end they gave us an hour of the spa for a total of 60 euros. Nothing to say about cleanliness and breakfast.

Mon conjoint et moi avons réservé une nuit dans la suite Deluxe pour clôturer notre voyage, nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre séjour. La suite Deluxe, à plus de 200€ la nuit, possède le jacuzzi dans la chambre qui est tombé en panne à notre arrivée (selon la réception). Nous avons perdu 2h de notre soirée à essayer de trouver le problème avec le réceptionniste, en vain. La solution qui nous est proposée est de profiter du spa de l’hôtel le lendemain matin, ce qui n’est pas possible car nous reprenons l’avion. Aucune autre solution ne nous est proposée ! Nous faisons part de notre mécontentement à la gérante qui est antipathique à souhait et ne prend même pas la peine de nous parler en anglais. La moindre des choses aurait été de rembourser la différence entre une chambre classique et cette suite qui, soit dit en passant, est belle mais très humide à cause de la cave de plusieurs mètres de long qui donne sur la chambre. En clair passez votre chemin !

Hotel molto bello posizionato nel cuore dei sassi si Matera. Stanza super bella e molto spaziosa. Colazione ben fornita anche con prodotti locali. Unica nota negativa la vasca idromassaggio non pulita. Si forma grande umidità nella zona bagno che rende scivoloso il pavimento.

Matera è incantevole e la struttura è sicuramente tanto tanto suggestiva! Zona centrale. Ottima accoglienza. Stanza super con ampio ambiente relax con proiettore a muro e ottima selezione di vini. Uno delle stanze di albergo più interessanti viste!
