Best Mathura Hotels

Booked with staying 1 Night with Dinner and Breakfast. I can share Food quality is excellent but lodging is west of money. what is worst quality there- 1) They handed over room with dirty bedsheet and pellow cover. Which I request reception to change. 2) Room was completely dirty (Dust and hair fallen here and there), I request them again clean it. 3) washroom cum Bathroom is completely uncleaned in addition to latrin Pan as well. After several requests, financially decide to use that with same condition. 4) provided money with AC room charges, but on room 109 AC is not working completely. They are thinking of AC is on mode means it is working, I am believing we can say it works properly if it is cooling, cooling is not there. 4) TV was also not functional state, after several requests reception person reached there and recharged with some amount that D2H box. I can say I got worst feeling there, simultaneously I have no hesitation to admit Food quality is excellent. Thanks 🙏

A comforting stay. The hotel is in prime location, exactly between mathura junction and vrindavan(attala. They have there own restaurant which serves pretty decent food that serves food till 1am, staff at reception and resturant are welcoming and well behaved. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

This is an average hotel, so don't be impressed by the fancy and glittery pictures. The only good thing about this is it's proximity to janm bhumi and it's best among worst in this entire area as you won't find any good quality hotels around. Rooms are not well prepared before guest arrival. We had to ask for toiletries, dental kit, tissue paper, bath mat after checking in. Breakfast is served only after 08:30 am so don't include this in your booking if you are looking for early check out. Furtniture, taps, showers are not in best condition and show signs of wear and tear. Bathroom latch was broken. They need to improve on preparing the room for guest experience as the first impression is always built during the first 5 minutes of entering the room. Overall not worth spending 4750 rs for one night without meals. I found better options in vrindavan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vrindavan. The location is perfect—close to the main attractions yet peaceful. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all essentials. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist, making the experience truly pleasant. The cleanliness and service were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vrindavan!

I stay at this place one night i like the service they have very good place for the restaurant and they have one small please where you get fast food if you go there please try they are kachori

Room size and cleaning excellent and working amenities although very much homely feelings, hygienic and great food. The entire staff was fast and professional to the core. The location is on the main highway of nh4 and 2km from mathura station. Food - if you book dinner and breakfast then dinner taste was good and option 1/5 quantity and different food option were less, and for free breakfast they provide only 1 dish for 1 person, and breakfast is not sufficient for 1 person what they are providing, after that if your are more than what they are giving then you have to pay for it.

Ok. The hotel is newly built, its staff is also of rookies. They need to look for attention to details to improve their services and customers experience. Being located in a religious city many hotels treat customers as one time guests only. At present the hotel does not have water heaters. Also there is no exhaust system in the room, we can smell the fresh paint's fumes. Despite all other things the behavior of the staff was very helpful. All in all an average stay but it could have been a lot better.
