Hotel is well equipped with amenities and close to station. Service staff is good snd able to communicate in English. Public bath in hotel has 2 pools with one hotter than the other.

Breakfast was very delicious and healthy as a Japanese style cuisine. The hot bath on level 7 was great after long days in the cold weather. Room is clean and sufficient for my purposes over 2 days, would stay here again as its good value for money.

The hotel is central, a bit dated but that is made up for by the excellent breakfast and the hot springs bath. Rooms are clean but most of all the staff is excellent. I had a bicycle which barely fit in the elevator and when i got to my floor the women from the front desk had ran up the stairs to help me out of the elevator. Wow! Great service. I can’t say enough how nice they all were.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Matsumoto Station. The room is OK, and you can take a hot spring bath upstairs, which is quite a surprise, but the water temperature is quite high and you can't soak for long. The front desk service is quite good. Very comfortable stay experience

This is my second time staying here. I went to see the projection mapping at Matsumoto Castle.
The reason I chose this hotel is first and foremost the customer service!
The front desk staff are very friendly and polite.
When I leave, they always say "Have a nice day." You can really feel the warmth of the hotel staff. Their kindness is different from the standard business hotel customer service.
The facilities are old, but clean and the amenities are plentiful. I was happy to see coffee sticks in the amenities.
And there's a cypress bath on the fifth floor. It's nice to be able to bathe in the hot springs while surrounded by the scent of cypress.
It's close to the station and in a good location. I recommend this hotel. I'll use it again.

I will want to stay here again when I come to Matsumoto in the future because the price is relatively cheap and the transportation is convenient. It provides a free public hot spring pool and is also close to the Matsumoto where you can borrow bicycles for free. I still recommend the service station. I don’t care about the eyes and I recommend just going to the public hot spring pool to take a bath and then soak in the hot spring.
