My family stayed here for one night in 2 rooms. It didn’t seem to have many guests in mid November. Rooms were clean and had a nice view. We also enjoyed the onsen. Breakfast was served in a bento but is considered a balanced meal. Only downside may be that it was located among the small alleys which made it difficult driving our large rental car. Overall an enjoyable stay!

It was a beautiful hot spring inn from the entrance.
The free space was lovely, the rooms were spacious and the Japanese atmosphere was great.
I chose a mountain view room, so I could see the beautiful scenery of the Alps.
The hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, were available 24 hours a day, so it was a very satisfying hotel.

Terrible breakfasts, some kind of bento sets, very small and very poor choice, no fruit. It was the smallest breakfast in all of Japan. It's stupid to offer juice or coffee if I want both juice and coffee, and they offer to choose one.
