I went to Xinzhou University with my daughter and chose this hotel. The proprietress was very enthusiastic, helped with the luggage, brought the items to the room, and gave the map around. The hand-painted was very careful, telling us about the restaurants and convenience stores around. Matsumoto was really quiet at night, but the law and order in Japan is also very good. There is a public soup pool in the hotel where you can take a bath and it is very comfortable. Deferred time check-out is only a symbolic supplement to the room rate.
