Everything is just average. I have experienced ryokan a lot before, this hotel-ryokan is quite normal. Honestly the food (gaiseki) was not that great as much as my prior experince at other ryokan. Just enjoy the vibe and onsen.

Very satisfied, Japanese service is very good, the room is quite satisfactory. The hot spring street is also very easy to visit, but the food in the hotel is average in my opinion. The price/performance ratio is not very high and it is not surprising.

I was impressed that the tableware changed for each dish.
What's more, you won't find the same tableware for dinner and breakfast. *The tableware is different for each dish.
The food was carefully prepared and the portions were small and just the right amount, so it was very good.
