The location is good. Only 5 mins from the Dogo station and just beside Dogo Onsen. Room wise is not new, but clean and is still on a physical key system. The toilet has a bathtub and hot and cold water is using two tap scrolling system. I didn’t enjoy my sleep as there was a constant knocking sound at the closet which doesn’t seem to be from next door so it gives me the chills. Else it has its own Onsen and provides you with free sake and sweets. Overall I’ll give a 3.5 / 5 stars.

The hotel is very new, and overall it is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the shopping street ”Okaido” in the center of Matsuyama, and there are many places to eat around. What the hotel is most satisfied with is the hot spring on the roof ♨️Although it is not as good as the Dogo hot spring, but in the hotel in the city, only their family has an outdoor hot spring on the roof, which is very satisfying 👍
Breakfast is also good~

新しくできたゲストハウスで、いつか泊まってみたいと思っていたので、今回たまたま宿泊しました。
受付の方が、到着時間に合わせて鍵の受け渡しをしてくださるので、予約時に到着予定時間を書いておくと良いです。
近隣にいろいろな飲食店がありますので、お好み焼き、クラフトビール、かき氷…等々、三津の滞在を楽しんでもらえればと思います。
一人で泊まるなら、ビジネスホテルの方がお安いかも…二人で泊まるならコスパはバッチリです。

It's not a hotel with the latest facilities, but the room was cleaned carefully and it was enough because it was used without meals. It is close to Matsuyama station and the approach is a short walk away. On the other hand, it seems to be a business district, and it is about a minute walk to the nearest convenience store ５. If you need anything, we recommend that you buy it in advance at the convenience store at the station.
There seems to be a super public bath in the hot spring nearby, and I would like to go there next time.
It is a good hotel for solo travel and business trips that suppressed costs.

It was excellent without fault for all parts of the hostel.
The hosts were all friendly and I felt sorry for staying for one night.
The host, Mr. Shinbei, was very friendly and the crepes in Susimon were really delicious :)
I will visit again when I visit Matsuyama later.

Parking is available for 1200 yen, with an automatic parking tower conveniently located next to the hotel. Friendly staff are on hand to assist with parking. Just simply drive your car into the designated slot, and they will handle the rest, automatically transporting it to an upper floor.
What's more, the parking fee includes unlimited access, so there's no need to worry about being charged multiple times when going out for dinner or exploring the area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer nothing to complain about. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

comfy and new furnishing, bed a comfy and they have public bath area, inside have very good facility, daily use shampoo…etc, even they use Dyson hair drier. Comics area, laundry, drink machine, ice cream machine, even ice machine…etc.

방방게간장조림The room is spacious, so it's not uncomfortable at all even if you open two carriers.
It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk from Okaido shopping street, and it's not dark even in the middle of the night because it's all around the bar nightlife.
Free drinks are available on the second floor at any time, and bottled water is provided in the corridor outside the room.
You can have a delicious breakfast buffet for 500 yen.
The bathroom has a high water pressure and good drainage. However, it was uncomfortable because the water supply was turned and turned on. ㅠㅠ

GGuest UserWe wanted to experience Dogo Onsen and this was a great choice (albeit expensive because it was a holiday weekend). The hotel is lovely and the service is beyond excellent. The staff was super kind as we are English speakers. Plus, we really enjoyed the hotels onsens better than the ones in town (the Dogo Onsen is being renovated and only one room was open for each gender; the same was the case with the Annex). The hotels onsens were lovely and the private outdoor onsen was a really lovely experience. We also took advantage of their convenient bus service into town although it’s only a 10 minute walk and we walked multiple times. Highly recommend!

DdaitauchoiLocation is great, we pay ¥1000 per night for car park which is convenient! The hotel saves us a fixed parking lot for us to go and go back easily. Hotel staff is nice and speaks fluent English. Room is clean and very comfortable on the mattress and pillows. Will definitely stay in this hotel next time when I re-visit Matsuyama.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is quite big, although the equipment is a bit old, but the transportation is convenient, there is a shopping center opposite, you can buy fresh food and box lunch, and the taxi to the station is no more than 1,000 yen. We stayed here and went to the beach to watch the sunset 🌅 and also called the hot springs after the hot springs. Although it is difficult to complete these attractions in a day, we used the fight to overlook Songshan City, take pictures, and go to Songshan City to play slowly next time.

판판다라The accommodation is very clean. The blankets were also clean. Wider than it appears in the photo. There are enough people to sleep comfortably. There is a separate shower room on the second floor, but it is not a burden because it is a private shower room. The owner and employees are all women and friendly, so I think women can use it with confidence. There seems to be only one Wi-Fi installed at the desk on the first floor, so you should assume there is no Wi-Fi. The location of the accommodation is perfect as it is less than a 5-minute walk from Dogo Onsen. The private rooms have thick walls, so the soundproofing is better than I thought.
If you can tolerate the inconvenience of having a separate shower room, this is the best value for money. Everything else was perfect. Recommended for those who want to use it cheaply.
