I stayed here in the middle of a mountain climb.
It's right in front of the harbor, and as you step out of the entrance you can see Mt. Fuji floating in the sunset directly in front of you. The location is outstanding.
As soon as I entered the room I was given a welcome drink of citrus juice. It was quiet at night, and I slept soundly.
The grilled dried horse mackerel for breakfast was delicious, and the meal was very filling and satisfying.
The hot spring was only big enough for two people, but it was a typical "old-fashioned, nostalgic guesthouse" and perfect for me.
I was also grateful for the landlady's kind hospitality.
