We booked for 9 nights and once there really got full frustrated. Rooms are so small, old and obsolete. Service in general very Bad except by the staff in Restaurant and Breakfast who are very kind. We also like a lot support and suggestions given by the lifeguard on the Beach about what to see around the Hotel.. Beach is very nice and water is crisp clear and with proper temperature. City of Mattinata is nice and many things to visit around in less than an hour by car.. Hotel offer free parking outside premises. All in all it was an enjoyable stay..

Loved the hotel- beautiful decor- amazing pool and beach front views..great size terrace .bed was super comfy..staff were friendly and helpful..location was good- close to bus stop and 10 mins by walk to other restaurants on the beach..only thing I feel - there was no mini bar - snacks to purchase if u felt like something..nothing available.. dinner was quite expensive for what u got..prob expected delicious food- felt it was average ie not fresh seafood with the pasta..breakfast was good plenty of choice. Went to a restaurant on the beach 2nd day, food was awesome, fresh seafood and 3rd of the price..I don't mind paying more but expect it to taste awesome too..cocktails 14 euro at hotel 5 euro at other restaurant.. Would def come bk for sure, just would buy some things to have in the room and mix up restaurants..air con worked well..beautiful place in deed

I honestly couldn’t have found a better place to stay while visiting the Adriatic coast. The staff were absolutely incredibly friendly and very accommodating. The grounds were impeccably clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool and views could not have been better.

The rooms with terraces overlooking the sea are lovely! You must visit the restaurant at least once. Possibly the best food we had in Puglia and we were lucky enough to see the Blue Moon rise over the ocean right in front of the restaurant.

We were booked for 3 nights at another Mattinata hotel which was underwhelming.... changed up to this place and got the exact 'coastal/relaxing/don't need to leave the resort' experience we were chasing! Our family room was big enough for 2 adults + 2 teenagers. Friendly staff✔️ In-house restaurant great✔️ Rooms✔️ Pool and beach both awesome✔️

The location and standard were excellent. The staff were helpful and attentive. Some evening activity would have added to the atmosphere. The views over the bay were superb and both the beach and pool area were fantastic.

Quality service, excellent food, good music, relax and a stunning view! Four stars instead of five because of the sea (sometimes less clean) and the saloon doors in the rooms (never seen before in my life!).
