The stay was in line with my expectations, the welcome was made by a smiling person who listened to my needs. The room was clean like the hotel, and having a bathtub was a plus. Breakfast was nice after a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed.

Very good location, we discovered beautiful nature and good walks around this hotel, to do again with great pleasure. Maubeuge reachable by the fortifications of Vauban. Very friendly and professional staff.

Very noisy hotel, facilities in average condition (television, remote control, bathroom heating). Hot water takes at least 5 minutes to arrive when you take a shower. There are no power outlets at the beds and bedside tables (forced to plug in the telephones in the bathroom!)

The new restaurant formula is disappointing. The quality is just there but the limited choice of dishes is in my opinion a mistake. The price is prohibitive compared to the presented ones. Not recommended for customers who like good food. However, the breakfast was satisfactory. This chain has trouble facing competition from entities such as Logis Hotels, Balladins, ibis

Super accueil le personnel est très sympa et compétent . Les plats.restos sont très bien on reviendra avec plaisir un très bon rapport qualité prix . Chambre très propre et assez grande proche du centre ville . Parking gratuit et calme.....

Tarif exorbitant pour la qualité de la prestation (91 euros pour une personne seule) et supérieur à la réception de l'hôtel au prix affiché sur Booking le même soir.
