The amenities were not changed for two consecutive days, and even an opened pack of cotton pads was left in the amenities for the next day... The hotel pick-up was a rip-off. The big car I booked was a small car, and the driver drove dangerously and drove all the way even after I tried to dissuade him. The hotel scenery is OK, the level is average for Mauritius, the restaurant tastes average, and the overall cost performance is very low.

This was our first time visiting a O&O hotel & everything was pure luxury. The hotel itself has a sophisticated elegant decor with so much charm. The food was beautiful & nothing was too much trouble to cater for. The staff were so welcoming & made effort to make you feel at ease. Spacious rooms, beautiful beach & grounds made our holiday wonderful. We were fortunate enough to have some treatments at the spa which were also world class. The kids club was wonderful & the feeding the ducks made our little one very happy every morning. We loved our trip so much we are planning our return! My only criticism is that the 4 poster cabana’s by the pool are chargeable. When already paying for the hotel I would have expected this to be available to use. The hotel never seemed busy & I only see them used once during our week stay. I usually book hotel with these as they are good for families, but was disappointed that you would have to meet a minimum spend to sit on them. I was also surprised that men from outside the resort were able to walk through by the pool & offer you scarves etc. they were nice enough when told no. But it made me slightly uneasy that external people were able to access the hotel.

This is our third annual visit and the facilities, staff and entire experience remain world -class. An exquisite hotel and the entire team makes you feel like family. Our room hosts went out of their way to ensure our comfort and pampering and the staff at the Kids Club ensured our children were entertained and wonderfully cared for. I adore the new spa and enjoyed yet another incredible massage with the talented Hema. As for the food and outstanding selection of Champagne and wine....well let's just say I am leaving a little heavier:) Luckily, I was able to mitigate some of the damage in the large gym facility at the hotel:) All in all another unforgettable holiday in an unforgettable hotel. We will be back !

We recently stayed at Le Saint Geran for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and what an amazing time we had! From the time we arrived all the staff went out of their way to make our stay impeccable. Our lagoon room was better than any of the pictures we’d seen beforehand and incidentally they all face the right way for the incredible sunsets. The food in the hotel restaurants was all amazing and in particular we loved the Greek pop up Hellene and Alex and his team who run this were so helpful and informative and looked after us so well. The guys at The Pointe and in particular Vinod, Eric, Yogesh, Kumar and Davesh went out of their way to look after us and attend to our every need whilst spending our days by the pool. We couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough it is totally faultless and we will return.

Had an amazing time at the Speakeasy “Le Carré” the mixologists Yusouf and Kamal made sure I had the tastiest drinks and the most enjoyable time. I would urge everyone that visits the hotel to come and have a nice evening up there. Amazing company and amazing drinks.

Just returned from an idyllic holiday to the magnificent One&Only St Geran This hotel is exceptional The staff are amazing and I wish I could thank and give praise to each and everyone of them but I need to definitely give special consideration and credit to the wonderful concierge team who looked after us so brilliantly and efficiently: Ash, Micheline and Joy Nothing was too much trouble making our stay tranquil and so very relaxing Now to the hotel: St Geran is set in a beautiful location with excellent facilities and a good choice of restaurants although the buffet style of La Terrasse is top class with attentive, friendly and accommodating The community ambience is so prevalent which makes this a cut above the rest!

All was perfect... staff is very kind and very helpful. Our family recommended this resort. It´s perfect resort for family .its many possibilities of sport - gym, tennis, padel...The coach of tennis are very perfect. Spa is nice. They use Guerlain cosmetics. I highly reccomend try some treatment.

What an utterly fabulous hotel. Everything from the relaxing ambience, to the service, the stunning beach, breathtaking Guerlain spa, restaurants, amazing onsite activities, outside excursions on offer and boutique hotel vibe. We’ve just had the most amazing 5 night break and are only wishing we could stay another 10. To finalise our amazing day, we started off our last day in the early morning with a dolphin and whale experience in the open ocean whereby we spent 4hrs with these fascinating creatures. The company that the hotel uses are beyond professional and experienced. Then to top off the evening my partner arranged a private dinner on the beach. All of the staff got involved in it. It was completely breathtaking. The scene was so romantic, the food was simply delicious and the attentiveness of Omar and Bhavisssn to ensure that everything was pure perfection is what really made it. A huge massive thank you to Omar for listening to my partners requests to make this the most special evening for me and one that I will remember forever. As a result of his exceptional service throughout our trip, we will 100% return to One&Only Le St Geran each year for what will hopefully become an annual tradition ♥️
