Living room with large-screen tv and full satellite is open space on the ground floor with a outdoor dining and terrace area facing the pool. Modern kitchen, utility room, double bedroom and bathroom are all also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs is the second large double bedroom with alcove, with separate childs bed if required, a second bathroom, and the master bedroom with large outdoor terrace that has panoramic views of the sea, golf course, and the mountains.
For families with children, this is a child-friendly property safe for young kids, and the option to have amenities such as high-chairs and cots available.
This property is located next to the golf course (less than 5min walk), and a short 15min walk to the shopping centre and beach. Lovely villa ideal for families
The villa is well sized and well equipped. If you like to cook there is sufficient equipment and utensils to allow you make family meals. The bedroom space are large enough to spread out and we are a family of two adults and 4 children. There are three double beds and a single bed which was made up for our 6 year old. The pool is a nice addition and the children soent a lot of time splashing around. The supermarket is just over a one mile walk away and is reasonably priced and well stocked. Lovely clean modern villa
Villa was nice and clean and plenty of space for all of us. Little frustrating that you couldn't use both the hob and the oven at the same time without electric tripping but that was the only drawback.

Great break
Great stay,villa exactly as described with good amenities,the view is one of the best,good pool area,the hosts are fantastic great communication very understanding to you individual needs,we would 100% recommend and definitely use again

Stunning
Been visiting the island for 22 years now and have always stayed in a villa. The views from the villa are by far the best with sea views and views of the golf course. The villa was very clean and tidy and has everything you need. Will definitely stay here again.

Girls holiday
We liked the villa very much. 20 minute walk to the beach. We had to go to the beach as it would have been too hot to stay around the pool, plus there were 5 of us with only 4 sunbeds. The downstairs bathroom could do with either a shower tray or slope for the water to escape, we had to run the shower on slow to prevent flooding the downstairs area.
All in all a well equipped villa, very nicely decorated. Thank you

Caletta de fuste holiday
Property was lovely. The kitchen, bathrooms, all of it. Thank goodness there were fans in the prooerty. Weather was very hot. We woukd come to this villa again. The views were really nice. Fly and mosquito screens were an advantage too.
The downside was having to put toilet paper in the bin and not the toilet itself. It woukd have been nice to have had a welcome pack of at least water.

Fabulous family holiday
My Family and I have been coming to Caleta for over 20 years now and it never disappoints. We stayed in this amazing villa with stunning views of the mountains and sea. It was only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the nearest shopping centre.
The villa itself was outstanding with 3 lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both of the outside areas were nice and we made use of the plunge pool to cool down when it was hot.
I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely book again as it has everything required for a relaxing family holiday.

Great Stay/ Großartiger Aufenthalt
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick war traumhaft.
We enjoyed our one week stay at this superb Villa. It is very well equipped. The view is magnificent.

Gutes Haus
Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir haben das Haus sehr genossen.
Die Beschreibung ist zuverlässig und es ist alles vorhanden gewesen ,was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.
Eine andere Kaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert .
