Very poor room quality.
The air conditioning is terrible, it doesn't cool, and there's no electricity day and night.

We were not allowed in, even though we had called to co-sign the day pass. We arrived at 6 am and at 9:40 am they told us that due to an orientation they received at 9 am, we could not enter. I 100% recommend Funca EL PELU, very close by, with a cheerful and hard-working staff who took very good care of us and made our day special.

We went to Los Lagos in June to spend a weekend with the family and it was an unforgettable time. The entertainment is very good, the food at the Italian restaurant is very good, the attention of its employees is excellent and the flamingo Paco is an excellent show.

A beautiful place, surrounded by pure nature, the ride around the lake on a water bike was wonderful, the views incredible. Good food and drink. The rooms in good condition. The only detail was that there weren't many offers after 12am. Supposedly the service should be 24 hours a day but there was only coffee in the early morning. Otherwise very pleased.

Wonderful hotel and place that brings back memories of my childhood. I was there a year ago and it was excellent. Improve with the diversity of food at the Buffet and the entertainment. Otherwise highly recommended.
