Just got back from our excellent stay at the Rosenhof. It is great accommodation at a really good location in Mayerhofen given it is adjacent to the train and bus station. The regular ski buses to the Penken lift takes only a couple of minutes (it looks further on the map but it is a very quick journey) and it is easy to get a train to other ski resorts. Great ski room in the basement and we made use of the large sauna which you can book via the adjacent hotel. Would highly recommend.

Was otherwise a nice stay but we were forced to leave at 9 when checkout was clearly stated on the door as 10. Someone lost a key and we offered to pay the €70 (even though no key costs €70, more like €4) and the owner took our €100 and refused to give the €30 change. He then started shouting at one of the women in the group and ended up using aggressive language, swearing at us as we were getting out the door - all before the clearly stated 10am checkout time. So unprofessional and ruined an otherwise great holiday.

Well located near the bus station, renovated and large terrace. The appartement was clean and the towels are regularly changed. We also enjoyed the sauna, and the warm welcome. Only remark is that the cutlery was limited for the 4 of us. We recommend the stay.

We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Rosenhof Apartments. We were in Mayrhofen for the Snowbombing Festival - to ski & Apres. We were a group of 5 friends. We knew that we were being placed in a 5 person apartment & had prior concerns that the space would be cramped. Our concerns were wrong, the apartment that we received was well equipped & very spacious for the 5 of us. 3 slept in the bedroom & 2 on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was huge, very comfortable & unlike any sofa bed I had seen in other places. Along with the sofa bed, there was a seated area with table & chairs. A fully equipped kitchen, tv & doors out onto a balcony with beautiful views. The food market was a short walk & the ski resort bus was a 2min walk. There was a sauna that we regretfully didn't use. It looked great! If we had to point out any negatives, it would be the lack of pillows - one per head was a little disappointing. The Smart Tv was mainly German with only news in English. We would have loved the option of signing into our Netflix. Minor cons. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

Myself and family stayed for the third time at the Birkenhof/Rosenhof (hotel/apartments next to each other under same ownership). Markus and Katharina are both really friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable and literally 2 minutes walk from the train station and a few minutes walk into town. I would definitely recommend and will be heading back some time in the next few years!

Heel schoon, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Warm welkom en goede services. Handdoeken werden regelmatig vervangen en vuilnis werd dagelijks opgehaald. Leuke voorzieningen zoals sauna, skidepot en tafeltennis. Al met al een top ervaring.

Sehr schöne und moderne Fewo mit Blick auf die Berge . Auch zu erwähnen das wunderschöne Aussengelände mit dem super Schwimmteich. Es hat alles gepasst vom einchecken bis zu auschecken. Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieter. Kurz und knapp, alles super. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit eigener Terrasse. Im Garten befindet sich ein schöner Naturbadeteich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter.
