Plus: friendly employees. good service with coffee bar and good breakfast, good size rooms.
Negatives: POOL CLOSED and business center closed. I would not halved booked if this was disclosed at that time. (I checked; it had been closed for months) Bathroom was dirty. Mold or mildew at the bottom edge of tub and grout between tub and tile. recaulking is cheap and quick fix. Also, several floor tile are cracked.
Additionally, my bed sheet had a RED stain on it, not sure if it was blood or what but housekeeping was requested on our 2nd day. We received clean towels and beds made but sheets were Not changed.

the bathroom floor is heaved up. the cold water knob leaks when you turn the hot on. the tub drain can't keep up with the shower water so you syand in water.

I had to travel for work. I took my son. He really enjoyed the breakfast. Great hotel. Would stay again.

Good location and near several eating places within walking distance. Some areas need updated and carpet cleaned. Mattress was good, we did sleep well. Thats what we needed after traveling all day. Did not realize dogs were allowed until after we checked in.

Overall the room was decent. Trash sitting by the can near the elevator was unacceptable. It was there for almost 2 days before being removed. Housekeeping needs help, or more professional employees. We had to track down housekeeping because on our 3rd day we still hadn't been restocked with towels, old towels etc removed and trash changed. The housekeeper acted as if we were interrupting her, and we felt as if we were inconveniencing her by doing her job. Besides housekeeping, the only other issue was the pool. When booking here, we wanted to make sure the pool was operational. On the site at the time of booking it was closed for maintenance. When we arrived, there was a sign in the elevator stating the pool was closed until further notice. I checked daily until the night before we left Florida heading for Kentucky, imagine the disappointment when we saw the sign. I will say the breakfast was far more than I had anticipated, and since we were on the 3rd floor it was quiet. Check in and out was a breeze and hassle free.

Good location. Poor housekeeping. My bathroom had mold all over #114. Reported the second day and nothing was done. The hotel needs to be remodel. The shower door was full of active mold. The floor was never clean. I have all the pictures to prove it. Poor management. Sad ! Not cleaning daily is a bad idea. I was here 9 yrs aga and is still the same shape.

First this Hotel was booked with the first consideration being the pool. No where on their site does it say it is NOT AVAILABLE. When arriving was NOT WELCOMED as a DIAMOND member. Had to ask for the Diamond refreshment benefits. The rooms are dated with few electric outlets for charging electronics. On the surface it appeared clean. A closer look at the A/C showed a disgusting mix of dirt and other stuff blowing out. The bathroom had dirt in the corners, paper coming off the wall. All and all not up to Hilton standards. Ranked number 1 in Maysville. If this is number one I would hate to see number two.
