"The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place. "

"The service is normal in general, with exceptions, such as excellent valet parking (they charge you extra for this service, $100 a day), but the one who prepares the omelettes is bad. The food is good, at least what I chose, the zarandeado was exquisite. The pool is generic, not the best. I think the internet is good.
The worst are the rooms, mattresses in terrible condition, and rusty hotel accessories.
They have sales agents to sell you hotel nights, ignore them, this is in very bad taste, they trick you into giving you 3 nights as a gift, which is a farce, they are just trying to sell you."
"The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, a 30-minute drive from the airport. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, beautiful scenery. The restaurant buffet on the first floor of the hotel is very good, Mexican style, 180 pesos / person, RMB 66 / person, service is very good! There are various restaurants around the hotel, and the building is very beautiful, completely Spanish style. Artist performances in the small square near Sunday, the standard is extremely high!"
BBran ValentinThe hotel is very basic and the room is a little small but breakfast is rich and very well varied. It is the first Ibis that has very good variety in breakfast, is very complete. The truth was taken out a 10 with breakfast
GGuest UserAt our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel),
We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back
GGuest UserThe location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.
GGuest UserAlthough the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.
JJenelle.MThe pool was packed with children.
The pigeons were everywhere and made it almost impossible to enjoy the food.
The food was mediocre.
The long was extremely clean, but the pool area was gross.
Overall wouldn’t go back again:(
CCarmen Yesenia PerezThe hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.
GGuest UserClean, beautiful, near the beach, good service, hot water bathroom and comfortable beds, a little hard cocktails, breakfast included my reservation wasn't so good, it's better to eat out if you want something special, The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, but it is very comfortable and comfortable.
GGuest UserVery basic, but appropriate and expected for the price. The extra, unexpected bonus was the thoughtfulness and kindness of the very young lady on Reception during day-times. She lifted the experience from ”ordinary” to ”special”.
The average price for hotels in Mazatlan is AU$237 on weekdays, and AU$286 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
