My family was attending a funeral in the area. We had flight delays; the front office said the issue was something that could be worked around. In addition to the delay there was an unforeseen layover. Once we found out we tried to contact the office to let them know, no one answered the phone. Once we finally arrived, we were denied check in and told; "we should have called." I explained to them we did but no one answered. Their response was, "That is not possible, someone is always here to answer the phone." I will be contacting their corporate offices to resolve this matter.
