Business Traveler Beware - this hotel is criminal in their reservation change policy. Want to change a res, the hotel DOES NOT offer refunds for a paid-for but Unused reservation Also, room is sub-par for cleanliness and comfort Manager, Lanie Verdin, could not care less about business traveler plans change BEST ADVISE - STAY AWAY

The girl at the front desk was ray she was really nice and helpful I like her attitude and motivation to help others and make sure everything is clean and well organized I had a wonderful stay here at the atria hotel 100% recommend room service wasn’t that good at all

We had the lovliest stay there at the Atria hotel. The staff are just fabulous, generous and kind! I spoke to Marty about tea in a coffee loving society and before I knew it, he had gone to the supermarket and bought me all my favourite teas! They are welcoming and can't do enough for you. We didn't expect breakfast but there is a good continental breakfast as long as you're up early enough. Lainy, the manageress, is great and very accommodating. The rooms may not be the most up to date but they are spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed. We loved the free coffee and tea at any time. It's a lovely pool even in April and there is also washing machine downstairs that the gusts can use inexpesively. We were the 2024 eclipse and it was altogether a wonderful experience. There's a regular good truck that serves the best visitors too plus restaurants and shops a stones throw away. I recommend it if you're in the vicinity.

Had a small problem come to my attention in the room I was staying the front desk sent the maintenance guy Marty I belive his name is on a Sunday and repaired the camoe explained to me what was wrong with it and if any other issues came afterwards to let him know it was a great job and handle correctly

Really nice staff and daily room service is always appreciated here! Great with communication Ray and Bryon are so friendly and it’s always nice to know that they got your back. 11/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a nice safe place to stay and feel welcomed.

Ray at the front desk was wonderfully attentive and a joy to be around . I look forward to seeing her every time that I stayed the atria. She always has a smile on her face And goes out of her way to make sure everything you need or want Isabelle She'll also go out of her way to help solve problems

I reserved room for 1 night...Planning to check in on May 20. Site said the reservation was refundable with advance cancellation. I cancelled room on March 14 due to change in plans. I was charged full amount on May 21. I have spent hours trying to get my refund without any satisfaction at this point. Absolutely no attempts to handle refund from management at this point. Very annoying to have to spend so much time correcting their mistake!

Awesome staff member. The stay has been wonderful and quite. Rooms aee clean and have a mini refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. The beds are comfortable to sleep on. Thank you for the awesome stay.
