We had an early dinner on a Sunday afternoon. The food, garlic prawn linguine was delicious, I would highly recommend it. A cocktail list would be nice. The ambience was really nice and I will definitely be back. This part of the comment is for TripAdvisor ther really shouldn’t be a minimum amount of characters to write a review

My wife and I stopped in here at the end of a long trip to Australia. Having been here in NSW a week we realized we should have stopped in earlier. The bar is bigger than it looks from the front, there is a patio out back, there is a large indoor back room, and it seems like a good local joint. The beer is cold, and the staff is friendly.

A very pleasant basic and clean room, I just stayed one night. It's much cheaper (half the price) than the nearby vanilla hotels such as Rydges. However I did expect aircon, so shame on me for not checking before booking. Only for this reason, I would not stay again. If you want good value, a clean room, and polite efficient service with no aircon, this is for you.

Incredible experience A+++ I can hand on heart say that i’ve never had a better parmy. I can’t recommend this place enough if you want a parmy that you’ll dream about. sometimes a meal leaves you speechless and I have been mute ever since eating here.

Not a great place to eat. The board outside offers a new menu but it's just the same old tired pub food. Service was slow. Only 2 staff on roster, one of them on the phone. We had to ask for water - I thought most have it available at the bar, self service. The coffee was flat and milky. These guys are not barristas. The chicken schnitzel was small, perhaps because it was the cheap dish of the day. The burger was dreadful - just dry gristle, impossible to eat.

The menu in this pub falls short of any engagement with the cultural community and those that choose to not eat meat. The menu is in a time warp serving the meat eating frontier people. Management your staff are vegetarian. Please listen as it is our community pub that we want to support.

A group of us stopped at this pub for a few drinks after our Christmas lunch in the area. The service was quick, the staff friendly, seats were comfortable and the atmosphere was good. They also had a good selection of beer, wine and cocktails.
