Ibis Styles Medan Pattimura ★★★

"The service was good, one highlight to afternoon staff, when I approach the counter for check in, there is one one man came to reception in the middle of my registration and asking about the room availability, I expect the staff will say, can I get back to you? let me handle her first, but instead he check the room availability on the different system beside mine. At last he handled me. He might be only make sure that there is room vacant, but you can only focus on who come first and then you can move on to another, after all its accor brand. Overall experience the room is clean, the bathroom very god and clean. Will be back for sure "

Harper Wahid Hasyim Medan by Aston ★★★

"The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door."
