Service was very good upon arrival, the breakfast was also good as well. The room is clean and tidy.

Most of the guests are uneducated, mostly from outskirt. They just smooke everywhere, in the toilet, in the lobby and even in restaurant. The hotel staff should reprimand such guests, but they just ignore their terrible abd uneducated behaviour. I booked non smooking room but given smoking room with terrible smoking smell.
Truly not recommend to stay in this hotel not because of the staff but because of its guest environment.

Overall the hotel is good, comfortable Stay. Good Shower
Service is good on the Reception. Polite n Helpful staff Ms Safira. Breakfast choice is variety n well Spread. Mostly Local Indonesian Dishes.
