Не знаю откуда у этого отеля четыре звезды.В джакузи грязная вода,три тренажера в маленькой комнатке,завтраки очень скудные,интернет или плохо работал,или вообще не работал,размер комнаты не был 29 кВ.м ,а только 19 м.Туалет ужасный,малюсенький и без крышки,душ вообще непонятно что.Из удобств маленький холодильник весь забитый платным пивом,некуда было поставить фрукты.Из хорошего-удобная кровать и дружественный персонал.Цена явно завышена,мы очень разочарованы,выбирали четверку,а получили плохую тройку.Изоляцыя ужасная-постоянно слышали как спускается вода

Hace cuatro años visitamos Medellín y este hotel fue fantástico. Hoy día me decepciona mucho el descuido en el que está. Su servicio de alimentación es muy básico y el personal algo rudo. Además demoran en recoger la mesa y alguno alimentos estaban pasados. Solo una joven que atendió la recepción y el botones en el turno nocturno fueron amables. No hay prontitud en la limpieza de habitaciones y carecer de un técnico para atender los aires acondicionados un domingo, es fatal. No creo que regresemos, hay una gran oferta de mejores lugares en Medellín para hospedarse. Ojalá y corrijan esto a futuro
